If you cant use the official ROKU app ios 43 this is well worth the 99 for unlocking the full features Working on my 3G like a champ Love It

In the app go to settings and do a search for your Roku device It will find your Roku and then the app will work Trust me Im a Tech This app works even on my old 3G AWESOME
The reviews are right Within 10 minutes my Roku unit was frozen tight It responded to no remotes until I unplugged it I upgraded to the 099 paid version frozen Causes Roku Unit to Freeze
App worked as advertised Find the IP address of your Roku and plug in the numbers with the periods I used Fing on my kindle and found the ip of all 5 devices in my home and it even told me which one was the roku Mr

We lost the remote for our ancient Roku and we were almost resolved to spending 20 on a new remote when I found this app It detected and connected to my Roku perfectly and I have all the functions available again Thanks for such a useful app I cant believe this was so easy

All I needed was just A remote that worked This app works I have 3 roku systems set up in my house and it connected to all 3 of them within a second or two Awesome Thats all I wanted Who cares about how pretty it looks it just gets the job done THANKYOU
I didnt think this was going to work bc of reviews but I tried it anyway And it works Go to settings and search for roku player I have an old roku and it found it quickly and is now working Thank you to the other reviewers who told me to do this So Im passing on the info Love this much more than the controller In fact I hate the controller Will be using this all the time now Woohoo Thanks for the great app I only gave 4 stars bc if you want more features you have to pay Give this app a try its free nothing to lose It does work
Update As of late this app loses my Roku devices and I have to delete it and reinstall Change from 5 to 3 stars because of this issue Update With my new iPhone 4S this app now works better than the actual Roku app Previous review It found only one of my Roku devices it detects my HD Roku but not my LT Works good on the HD but should work on both The app from a different source for my iPodiPhone works great on both devices right out of the box Unfortunately the maker of that app doesnt make one for iPad Hours later it has finally detected the LT Roku I will update later when I see how it works long term Update Works better than actual Roku App now

The remote is great it needs a back button I always have to push the home button and reopen the app instead of there being a back button Remote
As another poster said do a search for your player The lite version does not have the channel line up BUT it does have the remote function Actually works better than the Roku remote Roku remote I have to point the remote right at the player With this app I can point my ipad anywhere and it works Would have given it 5 stars if it had a back button REVISION I just noticed that one of the arrows up does represent a BACK button Five stars Very good

The official one had to have me log in and had ads for buying a roku player Obviously i already own a roku lol This one you just hit search and it finds it and works Its free so give it a try No logging in or anything It works

Downloaded this cause I lost my official roku remote and forgot the email and password I used to set up my roku box so I couldnt use the official app App connected easily to roku and it works fine but it has a huge problem of not including a back button Every time you need to go back you need to go all the way back to the home menu Not using again Meh
