So yeah this app is terrible but the company is great and so is the service and speed App sent me 30 notifications that my package was delivered I even turned off notifications but that didnt help Its really hard to type the address of pickup and delivery It keeps filling in wrong info and I had to try like ten times It didnt notify me a schlepped had been assigned and someone showed up to pick up my package The app is junky and very unpleasant But again it is a great great great concept and I really am so happy to start using the company regularly But obviously Ill be calling in my orders from now on I hope you guys didnt pay too much to have this app made because it looks like it should have cost only a couple of hundred dollars to make in India or something I would trash the whole thing and do it all over again Everything about using the app is frustrating and unpleasant Sorry guys But the service and company are amazing Great service But app is terrible

On a Friday night I left my car keys in my car in West LA I live 30 minutes away and needed to get home ASAP Schlep Fetch was able to pick up my keys at my house and have them to me within the hour I would highly recommend this service to anyone in LA and would totally use this again Great app when busy

This app is very cool and the service is even better Last night I ordered a grocery pick up for dinner at Ralphs in Koreatown Placed the order for about 5 or 6 items It took about 45 minutes for my order to arrive I kept looking at my phone for updates and could track the driver to the store and then to our house Driver was really nice order was correct I am a new big fan of Schlep Fetch Plus I love the name Groovy App Good Service
