I bought the smart mirror mobile app knowing good well I needed extra equipment to be able to take PDs seg ht etc Otherwise the app is just a 99 camera for taking photos thats it I have tried to contact the company twice to obtain the additional equipment They tell you they will contact you at earliest convenience They never tell you it may take a month to hear back Customer service is horrible I dont need a reply in 23 weeks I would like a reply in a week or less My time money is valuable I cant imagine spending thousands of dollars on this company to receive such poor customer service I will not spend another dime Im sure future customers will receive same poor customer service I only wish I could get my 99 back on my credit card Im very disappointed at you guys Disappointment
