This is a great tool Im very satisfied with the features Only complaint is that its hard to figure out the formulas There should be an easier way to add a whole column Other than that I love it Keep up the good work guys              Great tool for Admins and project managers

Not usable in a trial version The ipad task list is as good Manual not supportive or informative The free version is good for moms and students To upgrade is a steep 8999 for 10 sheets WOW        Trial is limited features

SmartSheet makes managing complex projects simple whether on a desktop Mac too or mobile device It looks similar to Excel but has amazing features which allow you to share your sheet with others who you can allow different levels of access Want one person to just be able to look at it but another to be able to share it with others and yet a third to make changes but only to specific columns You can do it here One can also attach multiple photos documents etc to each line item of your project Are you managing a newconstruction subdivision Create a SmartSheet for the overall project each lot and home youre building etc Use the Gantt view to quickly view the timeline of each phase attach schematics permits etc One can even post communications specifically attached to each line item or project goal and request updates from the individual or team youve assigned a specific line item to and log communications about each step of the project Need a copy of that permit but youre out on the road No problem Whip open your phone open SmartSheet and there it is You can view your SmartSheets in a calendar view as a Gantt chart as mentioned above or as an Excelstyle spreadsheet Anyway no I dont work there and yes I love this app                 Amazing app for project management

I Love Smartsheet and have been using it for more then a year or two on my PC and on my iPad and iPhone Its very intuitive and easy to use in order mange projects tasks and resources I love the search option which also allows me to use it as a small database Can Ise some improvements related to emails conversation and update requests I would recommend that took to any project manger that wants a tool that can utilize the best of Excel like and ms project like tools              Great productivity tool

Worth your time to try this out Very powerful feature set you may not use all of them but excellent for team collaboration Being able to email team members one specific task and have them update any field from their email is a useful feature I have tried EVERY task manager and project manager app in this store and thus is the most useful                 Great implementation

I used the trial app to collect sign in info at a huge event Hundred or more contacts who wanted more info left emails contact info I received ridiculous number of emails stating my sheets were ready used more than once NEVER received any note that hey your trial is about to expire and your data will be lost Not once GONE HUGE effort To boot customer service when I discovered was like whos on first Total waste of time Total loss DO NOT BUY     DO NOT USE THIS APP

We have found use for this program in the workplace It works perfectly for what we would like to accomplish                 Great Program

This app is weak compared to its browser based version and is barely usable in its current implementation I found Project Planner Pro to be much more functional and native to the iOS platform It would be a slam dunk if Smartsheet had the features and UI of PPP        Not up to par with webbased version

The iPhone app is not the primary interface the browser on your computer is The iPhone app provides a quick and easy way to update your SmartSheets when youre away from your desk The app doesnt have all the features is expect quite yet or I havent been able to find them but this solution so out passes others like Excel that it gets five stars Great job SmartSheet team You guys rock Keep it up                 SmartSheet is the best

I would be allin on this product if it had more mobile capabilities Major drawback not being able to indent and organize tasks on mobile thats a must Product update history shows very few new features being rolled out which Im hoping changes soon Mobile first for me           Mobile capabilities lacking

The folks at Smartsheet are changing the spreadsheet world This app allows all users access to the same spreadsheet at the same time They have carefully figured out security workflow communication and collaboration bring the spreadsheet into the internet age Finally This can be used for literally any collaboration you can imagine                 Absolutely Brilliant App game changer

Just starting out with Smartsheet and my initial impressions are very favorable The mobile app while a bit limited works very well and is a useful and necessary sidekick to the overall workflow Pretty sure to become a critical part of daily management in my operation                 Smooth and simple

Carefully read the documentation I didnt and should have They say that you can cancel at any time as if there is no risk in doing so but if you pay annually as I did 168 then all of that is nonrefundable So unless you are rolling in bucks be very very cautious about signing up for anything with this company If you decide you cant use it you will be out of luck on getting a refund     Not worth the money

We use this app to manage over 60 REO properties with our real estate team Collaborating with vendors managing transactions keeping everyone informed tracking expenses uploading weekly inspections All done right in this app Love it                 Best tool ever

This is way to brain cramping for me To over the top But I can see the benefits for someone who likes to see their progress right in front of them and likes to keep track of every single item of the lives This is not a criticism Im probably just missing something     Differently not ADHD FRIENDLY

Great tool both web and app The guy complaining about losing data likely got warned but is cheap and wanted to use a business app for free forever This app is great for internal and customer spreadsheet uses with innovative tools beyond normal spreadsheets                 Awesome

Good app to quickly view a spreadsheet but I wish it had more of the desktop capabilities Why oh why can I only attach an image I want to attach items from other librarys such as DropBox and iBooks           Limited Capabilities

This could be an enormously helpful app but every time I try to enter new data into the app it freezes Once they fix this Ill use it every day           Great potential not met yet

What a great addition to an already fantastic piece of software It not only keeps productivity on track it teaches you project management along the way                 Fantastic

If youre looking for an easy to use app to create projects this is not it I got it because I took a course on Gantt charts and thought it would be nice to transfer to iPad Not so not user friendly for anyone already not schooled in working this app Ill spend more time trying to figure out the app than Ill save     Not for the layperson
