This is a really good program that pays attention to every aspect of functional fitness You will not be disappointed if you sign up The only thing that would make it better is if they begin tracking the numbers I m logging during each excercise to suggest the weight I should use in future workouts That would be awesome                 Great program Jubrown

The programming is designed by guys who have to be stronger faster and more durable than whoever is writing that janky crap you re doing in your box Yeah you got some gains and your coaches are cool and you just hit a C J PR but they don t do what these guys do don t know what they know I know you want it to be one way but it s the other way Drop that crap like a bad habit and get on the good good                     This is it WD Shirley

The SOFLETE coaches are top notch and their programming is outstanding The app compliments their coaching It is user friendly informative with video and descriptions rep counters max lift organizers multiple strength or stamina programs I could go on and on The feed is a nice feature and the coaches are always quick to answer questions                     Great app better programming Jrogg

They advertise this as being done anywhere and show a guy doing it in his home When you pay for the product you realize it s just quick warm up exercises followed by dry fire exercises I m not sure how they expect me to do 40 yard sprints in my living room or slam sand bags down in my 2nd story apartment So who knows what do these anywhere actually means All I m left with is the dry fire exercises And they aren t anything fancy It s just regular dry fire at a small target I payed 25 to point my gun at my wall     False Advertising Joe17751993
