I had this app when I Iphone 4 first released Back then I purchased all the shoe downloads available but I broke that phone and got another I now have the new IPad and the app asks me if I would like to download previous purchases but when I say yes it still appears as if I never purchased anything I like the app but I dont feel I should pay for these things again after I already bought them how do I fix this           Purchasing problem

Get app I love how I can customize my favorite shoes but I cant get the shoes I already bought back when I transferred phones           Cant Redownload Shoes

The app does not open it stole my money and I cant even design a single shoe please give me my money back     Garbage

I paid for plenty of add ons and now I dont have them There should be a way to get what you paid for or get your money back The issue now is theres only 4 shoes to customize           Its alright

I had downloaded this app on my old I phone 4 I bought a pack and it worked well now I got a i phone 6 and it says I have to buy the pack I had again I bought 2 more packs and it tells me to download them and I do and it says to restart the app so they wont download fix it Or give me my money back     Give me my money back

App crashes almost every time I open it and when I purchased a pack It bought it but could not download the pack on to the app itself because it had said not enough space when I have plenty of space and other times it just says cannot be downloaded Fix the app or give me back my money     App just flat out doesnt work

This app made a huge upgrade from the previous version but there are a few flaws First of all all the parts of the sneakers should have every color For Example on some parts of the New Balance 998 you couldnt apply Navy but on other parts you could Another thing is a much greater variety of colors much more than say NikeID That would solidify why you should get this app instead of going on NikeID or miadidas Lastly the Saucony Shadow option isnt even the Saucony Shadow Otherwise its a good app and I cant wait to see where it goes in the future           Good Upgrade
