This app is the DUMBEST thing Ive ever had to work with Maybe its because theres NO explanation of how to pay or maybe its because once I researched it I realized they expect me to buy a virtual GC to pay Sonic Youre not Starbucks Its not happening Your new system is ridiculous and your employees are just about the same This app was really the final straw for me I cant even pay for a drink without chaos at your stores You werent ready to roll this app out and your employees arent either FAIL     If 0 stars were an option

As well as other users stated this App never sends you a verification of ANY kind Tried both email text verifications at least 10 times Waste of MY time     Does NOT work

This app will not allow you to pay with a credit card You have to purchase a gift card then buy your meal The app is worthless without this feature When it is added Ill change my review     Missing key feature

Heres what a Sonic app should have 1 Find Nearest Sonic 2 Online menu 3 Online orderpay 4 Tipping ability If Sonic had an app with all of these features I can only imagine how much more money I would spend with them     My Vision for the Future

The servers dont know much abour the app and it will never let me verify my account Ive deleted and reinstalled and nothing and I put 30 on the freaking app Always says error I will be calling Sonic Customer Service because I want my money     Useless

I have been unsuccessful at using my digital gift card at any Sonic locations The carhops cant get it to work either its the app The carhops know to provide the code but the codes never let me purchase The map feature is not useful I live in OK where Sonics headquarters are located The closest drivein location is in AZ Sonic has focus groups for their food items Maybe they should create one for the Sonic App Ive seen a lot of good suggestions from other app reviewers Just a suggestion Sonic Trying to bring some constructive criticism to the table     Needs MAJOR Improvements

Ok so I finally figured out how to use the app Its actually super easy but I had to figure it out on my own because I found no directions anywhere trust me I googled and read reviews nothing You add your creditdebit card and then you use that to purchase yourself a gift card for whatever amount you want and once you have purchased the gift card it will load a press here to pay under the card and when you press to pay it brings up the next screen which will be where you enter in the 6 digit code your screen will give you at the drive in after you have ordered Hope that makes sense I gave a 2 because it took many times to figure this out and no one at any sonic knew how to do it        I figured out how to use Mobile pay

This app would actually be great if it worked Why even put an app on the store if it doesnt function correctly     Beeds fixed

At first it was hard to figure out how to pay but no that Ive used this app to pay for my order multiple times now I love it I love the fact that I can buy a sonic card if Im out about without my wallet I still have a way to pay It would be great if you could have a menu or a way to order from my phone that would be wonderful Thank you              I love this app

The app asks you to make an account and verify your email or phone It never sends the verification text or email     Terrible

They have great food and the app is very helpful no matter how much of a hypocrite it may seem I know what I am talking about dont mind my elementary school grammar                 Food is ehh app is even more ehh

I didnt have verification issues but why would you create an app to be able to accumulate points in order to get freebies if you cannot enter the code displayed on the screen when ordering or is this just an app to add additional steps to purchase a meal Its easier to swipe my card or hand out cash than it is to have to grab my phone and enter a multi digit code etc I mean its actually pretty worthless as an app and provides me with zero benefit     Useless if I cant enter codes to get points

The app works for paying but please add the ability to tip the car hop I dont always have cash on me and lord knows you guys dont pay the car hops enough to get by without tips           Add tipping

Its now late September and you still cant load your card on the website or the app If you call the customer service numbers they pass the buck and it goes in circles My guess is no management at Sonic No one on the phone cares that this is not working Might be time to just quit using Sonic     App nor Website works

Works a lot better now that the system is back up and running Really easy basically like using your Starbucks card on your phone except they cant scan your phone Just enter the code on the menu into your phone and it charges your gift card Really only needs to add the ability to tip come on Sonic weve been wanting this option for years and its not hard to implement surely              Just needs tipping

So I saw the ad to download the app at the sonic next to my house Either the app is out of date already or you shouldnt advertise a mobile payment app at a store that does not take mobile payments Never received the verification sms code after several tries like others have noted and had to use email I was disappointed to find this is a payment app and no menuordering features 1 star for the app 1 star for the free slushies for signing up        Whats the point

Cant pay with the app cant gift cards through the app It doesnt work Takes your money and holds it hostage No way to email anyone for help either Very poor customer service     Does NOT work

Another one here that cant get satisfaction I want to reload my cards and the site is NEVER available so thought Id try this Needless to say it doesnt work either for what I want to do I didnt like the idea of adding to my card with my phone anyway Id rather do it from my computer Sonic fix both of these problems please Youre letting us down     Youre letting us down

Purchased a gift card through the app to make payments since the card readers at sonics never work Have tried many times and have never been able to make a purchase of food using the gift card I purchased through the app and loaded to the app DO NOT USE THIS APP     App is a scam

I have not experienced nearly the issues many reviewers have said Yesyou use the app to pay through giftcards much like Starbucks but that works for us because every member of our family has a gift card that we keep loaded so that we can swing through for a drink or snack without worrying about the teenagers having cash or a credit card I have not had any trouble reloading our cards through the app And now that our local Sonic updated their order boards we can easily plug in the code and process payment through our cards Our 2 suggestions are 1 add tipping as others have said We have a couple of very regulr employees who are wonderful gals and I dont want to short them by using my card 2 Add a way to labeltitle the gift cards like you can on the website I manage all our cards and have to go look up whos number is who to knowthe cards where as on the website which no longer works to reload it shows my names attached to each card Keep working on improvements please SonicWe love our Drink Stop              Works for me

This is literally the worst it doesnt have the menu or tipping and if you dont have data you cant even use the coupons     Can you say worst app ever

Every other review is the same Shame on you Sonic for not reading these reviews and fixing the problems Ridiculousness Even with the upgraded ordered boards at the stores you still feel ok about shorting your employees a tip If I dont have at least some change on me I dont order Take care of your staff and they will take care of your business     Why wont you fix this read your reviews

Well cant really review the entire app as I cant get past trying to set up account Says it is sending SMS but I never receive one     Worthless

I agree with previous reviews its one of the most useless apps Ive seen When you click on a location it doesnt zoom the map in to the location it should Mobile pay doesnt work at all An employee said they cant get it to work either Is it a separate app than the MySonic app Thats what the payment options on the screen lead you to believe Who buys themselves a gift card No one Also you would think a restaurant app even a drive in would want their menu on the app     Not Ready

My dog chewed a gift card I revived so I downloaded the app and loaded the card to that Tried paying with it tonight using the mobile code that shows on the screen Started to go thru but it wouldnt work Dont waste time on this app     So Disappointing

I am scared to put in any info for fear it will get messed up Internet web site is down people at Sonic drivein say they cant reload cards so I have to buy a new one That does away with coupons for reloading Not happy     Not userfriendly

As previous reviewers have stated the verification process is not working I have tried multiple times to get my phone verified but no code came across Adding a credit card was a little buggy also it took multiple attempts to add     Not Ready

I cant even see my rewards because it hasnt sent me my verification code I have pressed the button for it to be resent several times and still nothing No new notifications in my email nor texts I cant even use the rest of the app because Im not an official member yet Just terrible     Needs some work
