A good app that helps to promote better heath                 Great App

As a guy who spends 9hrs every day sitting in front of computer screensI wanted some help to remind me to get up The app is user friendly well made runs in the background and has helpful video suggestions for activities I recommend the app creators add in the ability to reduce the break time to 2minutes for the 15 minute frequency setting Breaking for 5 min every 15 minutes is excessive It works great for 45 min or hour intervals but I want to do 2min every 15 as Kelly starrett recommends                 Great app

Animal lovers beware this apps opening screen has an offensive reference Dont download this app if you love animals Wish that offensive text would be removed I had to delete this app without even using it which is a bummer as I was really hoping to use it Note to developer Some people are offended by references to killing innocent animals     Dont get this app if you like animals

When I open an app I dont expect to be assaulted with a 30second commercial before I can even use it If all apps were like this Id give up using the iPad altogether Terrible absolutely terrible     Cant stand this app

I dont get a commercial just quiet ads at the bottom I love this app for the great tasks and stretches and reminding me to stand up and move I wish I could choose a different alarm I also wish I could enter a break I take before the next official alarm              Great

I really like this concept I desperately need to stand more at work Id like to set auto on and off times so I dont have to open the app each morning I have a terrible memory Also Id like to be able to control the alarm sound to one I pay attention to           Needs a few more functions

I like the app and would pay for a non ad version I just got a stand up reminder and when I opened the app the jack in the box Philly cheese steak commercial was yelling at me Not cool in an office environment     Loud commercials

I love this app and absolutely need a stand up reminder for my sedentary office job and even recommended it to people This app is great with two major exceptions 1 Every once in a while I will open the app to a commercial at full volume despite what volume I have set on my phone or if it is muted Since 90 of the people using this are in an office environment that is completely not ok I am afraid to use it ever since I experienced that I would be willing to upgrade to a pay version without the ads or with muted ads only Or at least have it be muted if your phone is on mutevibrate 2 I wish there was an easy way to auto set it to work during my regular work hours If I forget to turn it off I am getting standing reminders all night and if I forget to turn it on I forget to have my reminders crappy either way and I am constantly doing one or the other Obviously the type of people who need standing reminders are not going to remind themselves to turn this app onoff Other than that this app would have 5 stars I love the stretches and exercises           Love this app would upgrade for a few changes

Great concept excellent exercises just what I was looking for              Almost perfect

The videos and basic functions are good However I would like to be able to set my own alertalarm sound and dont see any way to do that Also a silentvibrate option would be great And there is no way to turn off an alarm after you set it The only way I could turn off an alarm was to set it a minute ahead and wait for it to go off For 99 I expect a bit more functionality Thanks           So far I like this but it could use some work

I love this app The work outs are great and really does get me standing more Only thing that should be added is when you have the app running and then lock your phone it displays on the lock screen This is my only reason for a four star rating and not a five Add that and Ill be back on here adding a five star rating              First review

I think that the concept of this app is pretty good For the most part it does exactly what it says it will do alert you to stand up after a preset interval It would be nice if you could set your own interval time instead of the preset times The only annoying part about the app is the full screen ad that plays for 30 sec when opening the app This is ridiculous in my opinion I dont mind the side bar ads but dont force me to watch a trashy JackintheBox ad for 30 secs just so I can use the app There are also a few bugs in the display when the phone is in landscape mode where it cuts off the screen and youre unable to scroll to see the rest of the screen           Nice concept
