It weighs in at only 20.5 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. Note I installed this app because the App Store listed it as related to the FitBit app I figured it would somehow API into FitBit to paint a broader picture of my day I thought it would make a great companion app to the fitness step counting functionality that FitBit provides This app basically does the same thing as your iOS device does in terms of telling you where and when your photos were taken but presents the data in a prettier format So far the only value add I can find with this app is that it allows you to tag people you are with and what activity you were doing e g Hike or Concert This app could be much more cutting edge by getting in on the Big Data quantified self phenomenon if it could integrate with Fitbit iPhone Apple Watch s Health App Jawbone s UP MapMyRun etc That way I d get all the functionality and data Step Journal already provides PLUS I d be able to see my activity levels for the day steps heart rate running route sleep quality calorie and water intake etc Additional 1 off suggestions 1 Add an optional field for notes 2 API into Facebook so the friends you tag show up via their Facebook profile data 3 Create a module that organizes data over time to give the user some detailed insights e g you visit this restaurant the most or this is your average bedtime or you spend most of your active time with this friend then suggest tagging them as exercise buddy etc I ll keep this app around but it hasn t earned home screen folders privileges yet For now it s on it lives swipe screen 2 or 3 of my iPhone             Great idea a bit dated NoTomatoes2016

Was not into diaries journaling and at first was sceptical about this app but now having used it for few months I find great value in it I can easily find when was the last time I went to a hairdresser how many times I ve exercised since I ve joined a gym when was my best friends wedding etc Sure I could do all that in Calendar app the problem however is am not using calendar much And STEP Journal is much more fun than Calendar how would you put pics on Calendar Having connected Location services Photos I don t really have to do much to maintain my journal sure it gets place wrong occasionally but who is perfect Hopefully soon the app will also add location info to my Facebook statuses Sincerely recommended app                     Much better than I ve expected TouristInLife

Revised my previous review due to the helpful customer service Easy to use too Fitbit now syncs but only for the info regarding sleep going to sleep and waking up Foursquare and Twitter syncs flawlessly Not so sure about Facebook Previous review I d give it 5 Stars but I can t access the sign in screen to link my STEP journal to my fitbit account I get a blank screen Nothing Nada No problem with the bringing up the Jawbone Up page to sign in There isn t a help option either Using the feedback option also nets nothing Is there going to be a fix for this                 Liking it dulcenak

I m currently using evernote to record my activities but I think I like this more It s easy to use full of various activities that I can choose from and the colors used are nice as well I like how it s designed very simply yet engagingly Also I ve got to say that the icons are ADORABLE App newbies do not fear because this one is really simple in its use and also you can import stuff from your calendar or other stuff like social media so it s a all in one app                     It s Easy to use Nissanova

Design is first off very nice Simplistic not overly cluttered which makes it easy for the eyes and the brain to use But the features deserve even MORE than a thumbs up it s not just any type of journaling app Sure other social media such as facebook and twitter have the option to check in add photos statuses etc but I m sure they don t analyze your activities into a graph or a chart like this one does this is what makes step journal very unique in its own special way That feature alone makes this app absolutely great Thanks                     very nice kelly. writer. ahhhhakkksjeb

The first few opening screens were very nice they felt welcoming and I felt like wanting to use the app to be honest I was a little confused when trying to add an activity because there were just so many options but after a few trials I got the hang of it and now I m using it with success I was only going to try it out for a few times and then stop because I m not much of a journal person but the features were so practical and useful that I think I might keep using it note that it s not just a journaling app but also something that breaks down your activities easy for you to see                     Nice app efrLrfef

I keep a hand written journal but I might consider moving it to this step journal right here this has more than enough of what a journal should have You can not only write just a note but also add pictures locations and activities with recommended icons for each one That may possibly triumph over my hand written journal J I really like the icons personally because they are just so cute They re small and simple but very detailed                     GREAT Alice S.Y

Even better than before I think this app is improving each time First off in general I love how there are so many ways to record for example photo memos etc and you can even check in which is pretty neat And the dashboard function has this great analysis of what you ve done as well as a graph that entails your activities How cool is that                     New version is great stock_ham
