STRATEGO - Official strategy board game

I have played over one thousand games on this app and it has crashed on me over 500 times Im trying to increase my rating with each win but it is impossible to do so since when you crash out of a game you automatically lose They have a rejoin game option after you crashes which works about half the time Also the rankings are set up poorly If you play a lower ranked opponent and lose you lose a LOT of points but if you beat that same opponent you only get a few making it very hard to climb the ranks In fact they have 4 ranking with subcategories bronzesilver gold and platinum The ranking system is so bad that NOBODY is ranked platinum or even gold Yet there are thousands of players online some of the best in the world even If they fixed the crashing and the ranking system I would give 5 stars Stratego is one of the best strategy games out there Please fix these issues        Crashes all the time

There is no provision for offline multiplayer You can either play against a computer or you can play against an opponent online     Waste of money

Excellent remake of a popular classic board game except that please give us the option to customize the time limit ie make it longer or choose no time limit at all Especially for beginner players who need a little more time to think Im finding that dramatic excellent games are abruptly ended midway because of the time limit This has happened repeatedly as I have been playing alongside my very own dad on his iPad next time me and was giving his full attention to the game but the time limit was just not long enough to allow us to finish a game This can get quite frustrating and deter us from playing in the future if we know we will never be able to finish a game Give us the ability to customize this and this game will be the best multiplayer board game for the iPad              Excellent remake of a classic board game EXCEPT

It has crash 2 times on me but not sure of its the game or the iPad software                 Cool game so far

In the few weeks Ive had the game Ive been able to play a handful of times at best It crashes non stop Most of the time it wont even load No updated since last year tells me they dont care about the game after they made their money on selling you something that doesnt even work     Crash City

When I was a kid I used to play this awesome board game with my brother and now Stratego brought back memories from my childhood with the exact same board pieces and gameplay Online battles quick board setup and custom boards and pieces are some of its advantages The online community is very active and it usually takes less than 10 seconds to start a new online battle Offline mode is also designed well and the AI plays very well in higher difficulty modes However theres no instruction on how to earn coins to unlock more avatars and boards It seems that the only way to get more coins is via inapp purchases It also crashed a few times when the game was trying to connect to the Game Center I hope these two problems get fixed in the future updates              Awesome Board Game

I hate this app I want my money back I want to like this game but my experience has been horrible I suggest waiting until the developers fix the problem     Disappointed

Got the more expensive multiplayer game to play with my 7 year old son after he was thrilled by the board game played at a friends house Very disappointing the following ways 1 It doesnt work if there is no internet connection even though there is an offline mode game 2 The game start up screen is off center but worse it hangs and freezes unless you first start Game Center 3 Gives false connection error saying it cant connect to wifi or Internet 4 Cant seem to find a way to have a 1v1 against my son even using Game Center I hope you guys fix this asap     Cant play offline nor multiplayer

This app is broken I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the app only loads the Jumbo logo Im using the newest iPad mini Please update     Update needed

I like to play games when on a plane While I love the graphics of this game unfortunately it is not possible to open the app when not in wireless environment Makes it useless     Play offline

When I first tap the Stratego App the red elephant symbol moves to top left corner and games imagine also appears in top left corner After the quirky startup finishes the game is fun Easy and Medium levels are easy to beat Hard level is more challenging              Fun game but App Start up weird

Stratego is one of my favorite board games and the app does a nice job replicating the gameplay It takes advantage of the format with features like epic music and the ability to save setups It also has a smart approach to the timer in which you only lose time if you exceed 10 seconds on a move                 Great translation from board to tablet

This game quits out constantly Brings 45 star game closer to 12 because you cant at all consistently play online        Quits too much Update needed

As many people have already mentioned this app has major flaws 1 The game doesnt adequately warn when you are about to default due to time violations 2 The game randomly disconnects even with a good internet connection 3 Lack of opponents At most Ive seen 70 games running at a time I presume everyone has grown frustrated and abandoned this game For the cost I expected more     Great board game lousy app

The games the game if you played it as a child you and your brother whos on the west coast and you in the east can go at it like kids again That is if the system doesnt crash or fails to log you in When its good I really like the ranking you get so if you work your way up to captain and all of a sudden your next match is with a general thats a great feeling if you can beat a veteran But your systems need a upgrade           Classic never fails needs more IT support

Game will not get past board setup without crashing on iPad 3 and iPad Air I want my 700 back This is a scam WiFi wont connect so me and my son are not able to play against one another Very buggy Would be great if it worked        Be warned Ripoff

Ive had the game for over a year and when it plays its great It used to crash a lot but that really settled down a few months ago Now it refuses to load 50 of the time and when it does load the numbers on the pieces are reversed so Scouts are 9 Miners are 8 etc Though its a unique twist its not the game and it makes playing extremely difficult Neither updating the game reloading it or updating the iPad solve the problem        Game was great when it worked

When this game wants to work it plays just fine However it often doesnt acknowledge my wifi signal at all and it freezes when you exit after a game and try to immediately log back in Fix the game        Crash city

I have to give it two stars for two reasons 1 You cant play unless youre on the internet What good is it if youre on a flight or a place without Internet 2 its overpriced for such a simple game Sorry        Overpriced

This game could be good but it is heavy and often struggles to stay connected to the Internet I havent once been able to finish a regular game because each time the I am kicked off for connectivity reasons Once kicked off the game assumes that youve quit and the game is forfeited Its really frustrating and I wish I could get my money back     Cannot play online
