It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.2 has been released on 2014-11-27. Was looking for a app just like this the alert is great if your outdoors doing something Great app
This would be great if I lived in the eastern time zone I dont I live in central and its alerting me an hour late No controls over whenhow the alert is delivered Pretty disappointed in the app Time Zone bug
Such a fun and very useful app Great if youre planning to go for a run or even catch a romantic sunset with someone special the alert is also great for catching an amazing pic in the perfect moment GREAT app
Sundown is down and out have not heard a peep out of it taps is the only appropriate tune for this app Fail
I bought this app to remind me to close up my chickens each day so that no predators could get into their coop after dark Unfortunately all it does is show my GPS and the time of the coming sunset Then no matter what time of day it is I hear cricket chirps and I see a popup that tells me Sunset is coming There are no instructions to tell me what to do but I can say that it DOES NOT alert me when the sun sets The only way I can use this is to get the sunset time it gives me and then use another app to set a timer Of course the time of sunset advances and recedes depending on which side of the solstice we are so it would be necessary to change it daily I have tried deleting and reinstalling it but nothing ever changes This app does not REMIND me to do anything If it did it would be very useful Sundown
First got the wrong time Its an hour early No excuse for this I live in a major city far from time zone boundaries with no weird daylight savings rules Out of three apps for sunsetsunrise times this is the only one that cant even get the time right Second it purports to alert you a few minutes before sunset It alerted me AT the time it listed for the sunset on the dot So even if it did have the right time I would not have been alerted in advance Save your 99c and download the Sunrise Sunset Alarm instead Its 199 but it does exactly what it says And if you just need to know the sunrise or sunset times get the free Sunrise Set Lite Terrible
Not worth it Does not alert at correct time
Obviously does not work with OS5 Many free programs will give you times but I wanted an alert Its not here Alert doesnt work
