Sweetbeat HRV stands out from the other HRV apps in that it has more features and focuses on accuracy and consistency There are others that are good and free But if you want the very best you found it                 8 10 well done and always updated PrometheusDXII
Tried a few different apps for this function Yes it takes a separate heart strap It seems to be the same app as the Ben greenfield and bulletproof hrv monitors which is weird but hey I bet they all work                     Best in class OutOfNicknames2
Good functionality Audio for the breathing guide is unpleasant and not distinct enough to guide very well The sounds are too similar and I find the sound of the heart beat stress inducing I m a neurotic mess but that s who most needs this app so having gentle distinct tones would be way better Nothing high pitched with a lot of attack The Pranayama app does amazing sound design for their breathing guide It crashed a lot and there s no monitoring so this app is much more advanced in some ways but way less in sound design I also just got the Coherence Heart Trainer app by Complete Coherence Nice simple interface great data but no audio guide at all on the breathing Was surprised as it s an otherwise professional presentation                 Needs better audio InThaTrees
I ve been using this app for over a year and am extremely pleased Syncing with my Polar H7 was a breeze and the combo has worked flawlessly The HRV has really helped me to negotiate through some setbacks due to overtraining experienced prior to experimenting with HRV I ve tried other apps and the thing that has really set SweetBeat apart from the others for me is the insight into the sympathetic parasympathetic nervous system Other apps only scratch the surface where SweetBeat provides real information that can be used in understanding your personal stress picture and learning how to better manage it Additionally support has been tremendous I have reached out for a couple of issues over the time I ve been using the app Each time I have been personally contacted and assisted This has been very positive in itself but has also allowed me to learn how passionate and enthusiastic the team is for the app and how it brings the science behind HRV to people in a useful way                     SweetBeat GreatApp Sawil13
This is an excellent app but it would be better if it were integrated with a workout monitoring app such as MotiFIT or PolarBeat The combination would be killer                     Excellent but need to incorporate workout tracing AvidHIIT
I have been working with HRV for several years and am constantly testing apps SweetBeat is the best I have tested When you use the download function to analyze your data with freeware apps like Kubios you have an amazing analytical tool I have found the customer service unbelievable as I recently had a download issue and the owner of the company jumped in and resolved the problem I have owned software costing hundreds of dollars and have never experienced that type of support                     SweetBeat HRV HRV2016
Love the app but the current version often gives false HRV readings and advice If you scroll through the detailed screens the HRV is shown correctly but on the summary screen it is higher as a result the advice is to proceed with training as normal If you close the app and re open it it tells you your HRV has dropped and it should be a low exertion day I ve been using it long enough to be able to figure it out myself from the detailed data but since this is the whole point of the app that s a pretty major flaw                 Great app but has a major bug Vagabonder2011
I love all the data I can look at and self quantify It really helps me understand what is going on in my body                     Love this app Pfishybus
Recently upgraded from the previous app and the improvements were exactly what I was looking for Love the geek screen                     Great app QuantifiedLife
This has been a great tool to help with knowing when to rest or push I use it daily and all night for that matter to track my sleep patterns However with the latest few os updates the app has become increasingly unstable I m no longer able to save my sessions or call up older seasons without it crashing I would love to see it updated Hopefully the developers will see this My rating would be a 5 star with a stable update                 Love it but needs to be updated bummedfornow
If you listen to fitness pod casts do not fall for the hype this app is terrible it is not at all intuitive to use and looks like it was designed by a 3 year old HRV monitoring is useful but this app is not and its 9 99 Just use elite HRV or other HRV apps     Useless Aaaaham
I did my research read a few studies listened to podcasts watched videos and I m an avid meditator I just wanted some quantification but at this stage this app can t give you that Maybe placebo but not enough accuracy unless the way I feel is deceiving me and the app is right about me feeling great when I m anxious Compared with other app I bought and both give different results Which one to trust Finally coherence Is shown as stress in this app Sorry but I m disappointed         Only hype can t conclude anything Komemipalo
Really disappointed with this Won t sync with Polar H7 despite other HRV apps having no issue Customer support has been completely nonresponsive App needs to be removed until fixed Had high hopes for this instead they take your money and don t tell you the app is broken I ve filed a complaint with Sweetwater Health and Apple Ughh Do not buy iPhone 6 iOS 9 0 2     Does not work with iOS 9 mkward1
App Store says there is no update available so I assume v1 3 3 1 is the current version You warned us to update the app after we upgrade our iOS But I am still stuck         polar HR strap stopped working Alternative TV Viewer
Excellent app consistent HRV measurements But after upgrading to the iPhone 6S it no longer connects to my Polar H7 Bluetooth heart rate monitor My other two HRV apps connect to the H7 just as before Hope that they fix this issue quickly             Favorite HRV app until after getting an iPhone 6S Billyg23
I have been testing this version for about a month and still interested in what it can reveal and teach Yes a heart rate monitor Bluetooth smart only NOT ant is needed Not sure but believe the Apple watch will work but I got the Polar H7 This is not the same as a Fitbit or the jawbone device HRV measures recoup and stress I would also check out Muse headsets and app This is the next generation of personal mental fitness and can also can tell you about your physical state Highly recommended                     Fascinating Ambling
The newest version is still very buggy I can t complete an HRV training in iPad or iPhone versions as the app crashes at the end Other readings still don t work well either and the charts are difficult to maneuver Please fix this soon     Still very buggy JeffC73
The new graphs caused my stress to level to rise Can no longer select between just HRV or heart rate or stress level         Version 1 3 0 Falcon Talon
I was easily able to pair this with both my MIO Alpha 2 and my MIO Fuse It detects my heartrate and then converts that into a real time graphical representation of my Heart Rate Variability HRV Use that I ve learned to minimize my stress level and maximize productivity throughout the day If you re wondering what HRV is check out SweetBeatLife s website                     No Better Way to Increase Productivity Energy and Focus 5BPM
I have worked with several apps which purport to help monitor and reduce stress as well as others aimed more at athletes seeking to avoid overtraining or overreaching SweeetBeatLife is by far the best app tool I have come across I find it extremely easy to use and it provides valuable insight into the overall status of your health through insightful charts and the correlation feature I have successfully used SweetBeatLife with the Polar H6 Polar H7 and Wahoo TICKR chest straps as well as the VitalConnect HealthPatch I have always found the SweetWaterHealth team to be extremely responsive and helpful when addressing my questions Keep up the awesome work Chuck                     Best Recovery and Stress Monitoring App Chuck Hazzard
I purchased a Polar HR monitor listed as compatible with the app The monitor is paired with my iPhone and works well with the Polar app and Strava app The Sweetbeat Life app cannot see the monitor They only troubleshooting advice they have is to wet the strap sensors I did still can see it Waste of 10     Doesn t see HR monitor Roy San Filippo
Let me start by saying that I have been familiar with HRV and its ability to give insight into human body for about 12 years Thanks to the continued technological improvements it s now available to every athlete and health enthusiast around This APP is hands down the most extensive HRV application around It not only shows HRV but allows one to monitor it in real time It also allows one to monitor their sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system activity real time They give clear instructions and an in App video to allow for anyone to understand its immense value They also allow one to monitor and discover food sensitivities I am blown away by it and would recommend it to everyone Truly extensive I would have paid much more than 9 99 This App is a game changer                     Amazing Must have for Athletes and Health Enthusiasts HighFlyingSuns
Heard about this app from Ben Greenfield and decided to give it a try The heart rate variability information is fascinating and I have used it to determine when I should exercise at lower intensity or take a day off I have also found stress monitoring to be invaluable This app plus a 60Beat chest strap is much cheaper than the HeartMath products plus you can monitor your stress levels while going about your normal activities You don t have to be sitting idly and staring at a screen                     Great for monitoring stress and workout recovery Nxactly
I have been using this app for a while to track my HRV It really has helped me understand stress and how I am feeling If you care about performance this is the best 10 you will spend You do need to buy a separate Heart Rate monitor from a compatible company but even with that cost 70 it is money well spent on your health                     Best app there is for performance Run because you can
Like the title says I have not been able to find another app like this I can finally combine my data from my Fitbit and Withings so I can compare to my HRV The correlation feature takes some time to figure out but it s worth it I will always stand by these apps as they have helped me lower my stress and manage my training better I also came to the realization that I m not sensitive to anything I ve been eating Also their support guy is awesome                     Haven t found any other apps that compare Radz7
seriously don t bother poor UI design clearly developed by non developers unintuitive help points to a long winded PDF if there s useful info in there someplace it s too hard to get at to be worth your time look for another app     super crappy mjblanchette
