I see it to check for firm ware updates But I really don t give a f I bought your product and have no way of using it Get your IT head out of your butt and get us something that work No stars Nice developer response but when I called Sylvania they told me the device would not work with home kit yet Might at some point Also told me their advertising and packaging is not correct when it states smart plug and hub of your choice All in all sylvania doesn t perform as promised or as advertised     Useless frustrating waste of time rsi
