I hate leaving one star reviews because doing so always makes me feel like such a negative nancy This time however not only do I have no such reservations I feel as though I m performing an act of public service This app flat out doesn t work What s more I FOOLISHLY paid for the non free version before trying out its free sibling because I own a painting company and thought the app could be incredibly useful for my purposes ah if only it worked And by that I mean it ll load up and even let you take or select a photo of the room you re looking to paint but then it says no internet connection and does nothing else aside from make you feel like a chump for having paid for a dead app     App is BROKEN DYork55

I got this after trying several apps that worked moderately ok but because I m about to make a drastic color change with a dramatic stripe across floor ceiling and one wall I wanted to try the function that this app has to draw your own shape The app kept flipping my camera and photo view so that I was having to use the functions sideways I couldn t see my pictures for complete crowding of functions and it wouldn t allow me to save anything because it looked like I was missing viewing access to some function buttons I had also collected extensive swatch colors from Home Depot in both Behr and Glidden brands and could only seem to find three of those colors out of the 30 I input in the apps available swatch searches I even searched by both color name and number separately because sometimes it wouldn t identify the name that I entered but when pulled up by the number somehow it miraculously existed with the exact name I was searching for previously and but mostly it didn t exist at all I gave up as I didn t feel that narrowing my color search down to what this app has available for representation was a valid reason to rule out a beautiful color that had won my heart otherwise Not worth the three bucks to struggle with use with it s entire lack of everything I was looking for     Does not work on phones and the swatch palettes need updating MeggieDee07

This app is amazing I currently have a boring white ceiling color At first I got confused and thought the first thing I had to do was take a photo of something for a color I took a photo of my emerald green shorts then realized I screwed up The color options are vast and I decided to go with purple prana from an Ayurvedic option I uploaded the photo of the white ceiling put the paint roller icon over it chose my color from the dozens of options this app carries and watched as it processed and saved my updated photo with a purple ceiling Amazing                     Purple Ceiling Jonathan Writes

I have recently decided to change the color of my bedroom walls and I ve been having difficulties visualizing what color would look best I really like the idea of this app because it allowed me to see the different colors on my walls There were some minor problems at the beginning as I was learning how to use the app however once I figured out how everything worked it ran smoothly I like being able to see the different colors and how they fit with the furniture                 Perfect for paint color changes SefinaHawke

Try the Benjamin Moore app instead It s free and it does exactly what it s supposed to This one does not I tried all the tools and found the shape selection tool wouldn t select more than one point Tap it again and it would deselect instead of adding an anchor point Very frustrating waste of my money and time     Doesn t do its job RMA818

This app lets you see what your room would look like with several different swatches of paint by several different brands It is a great concept but I had a difficult time getting my kitchen to work out It seemed to think my kitchen cabinets were part of the wall That made it hard to tell what the room would look like with my color of cabinets since it all looked the shade of green I selected This could be user error however I think working with it for awhile I may be able to figure out how to get it without the cabinets that color Not sure Just need to play around a little more Still pretty cool app                 Pretty neat Layla402

This app has a lot of potential but I doesn t do better than putting a bit of paint on the wall It s a simple photoshop replacement for the color which means somethings will be replaced when you don t want them and others will not replaced when you need them If they could make it more precise and smart it d be a 5 star app                 Potential Logan_Jahnke

I tried it on both interior and exterior photos of my home I was able to quickly view colors with only a few seconds of work and I found the color picker mostly easy to use although the concentric rings are a little hard to dial precisely However I was disappointed that I could only share photos via email or Facebook Other photo apps allow you to save to your camera roll The photos I received via email were stretched wide and a box was blocking part of the image The app froze on me a couple of times and the help tutorial system could be clearer If these things are fixed it will be a very handy color changing tool but for the functionality it has now I think it is overpriced         Fairly easy to use but has flaws Gadstar9000

In the beginning I thought this app doesn t work and it looked a bit utopian But it was wrong I work as a painter so I can always show for clients how it s going to look after all job is done The clients are happy to see results after they see it they usually experiment with colors in the end both sides are happy This app is a must if you are going to paint something It s time and money saver                     Spectacular jellybee78

I downloaded this app looking for the missing feature on the Behr app the ability to paint your own picture I was really hopeful However I see several problems with this app The notes do warn the user that the app is going to upload your photo temporarily to process to a server I m on Wi Fi so this is not a problem But if you were on a limited data plan this could quickly eat up your data allotment as the app seems to upload the photo each time you make a change For me this was quite a wait but each time I applied the color the app responded with no results saying that the server was busy I ll try again later and update this review if this problem goes away but for the moment the app simply didn t function Another thing I think the developer needs to address is the fact that the app distorts your photo It s stretched my room horizontally which made things look really strange I m on an iPhone 6 Plus I don t know if this is the same for all devices I assume it will still give you an approximation of your room but it seems like a simple fix for the developer to crop the image and not stretch the image I think it s because of the menu items on the left and top edges I m hopeful for this app because overall it looks like it s got potential I downloaded the paid version and did see that Behr colors were already included         Distorts photo server busy Bad Kitty

Like that you can pick from different brand name swatches but the app has crashed every time I have tried to use it on my iPad I have yet been able to use it successfully It would be nice to optimize it for an iPad not an iPhone Also it does a horrible job on panoramic pics from an iPhone         Nice concept bad execution lisasorensen15

My wife and I are having a great time using the TapPainter program TapPainter does a better quicker and much easer job of what I used to spend an hours doing on the desk top graphics programs There was an issue with the Swatch part of the program for a few days but that has been corrected Love the program                     Tappainter does it better Tom4106103880

I wanted to use this app to select some colors unfortunately there are no color swatches or paint brands available Functionality is limited to a color wheel which doesn t do any good in trying to buy the color you actually want     worthless slink2048

I am using this app with the latest OS on an IPad Air When I first purchased this app it worked fine for the first few times After that it opens and immediately crashes or it opens allows you to pick a photo and begin and then it crashes in the middle of your session and doesn t save your work so that you have to start over from scratch Please fix this app     Constant crashes and won t open MSJ_22

The app worked for one photo When I tried to load another photo the paint roller didn t appear I deleted and redownloaded the app it loads the photo then crashes Disappointed I wasted my money in the first place     Waste of money dammnm
