This app is so difficult to use Mobile deposits are broken and always get rejected Login names should be able to be saved There is no bill pay function Not fast not user friendly at all This does not make things convenient Poor functionality

This is one of the worst apps Ive had it for over a year youd think they would have fixed the bugs by now Constantly cant log on logs you off takes forever to load then makes you log on again then when you do it still doesnt work Seems to only work when it wants to Also cant transfer funds between other member accounts Horrible

Needs bill pay option on the mobile app Ive banked with Tfcu for 10 years and now that Ive purchased a home and will have more bills Ill be opening an account elsewhere for the sole purpose of the mobile app having bill pay Really wish Tfcu had bill pay on this app I love banking with them Lacks bill pay

It doesnt load purchases correctly I have a purchase I made four days ago and still says I made it today And nothing I purchased today is there Only dates not even the amount Irritated

I havent had any big problems with the app so far Had it for like 3 months I do think it should be updated for ios7 The GUI is horrible and sometimes my purchases dont load until after like 5 days Please

Seriously It hasnt been updated since 2013 Since ios8 deposits are broken I tried taking a photo of a check like 20 times and it just wouldnt work but on my husbands phone with the old iOS it worked fine Please TFCU fix your app Needs update

Would love to be able to pay my bills with this app but cant You cant even see what bills are pending If it had that feature it would be great No option for bill pay

The app works but it isnt anywhere near as functional as it could be The chase app is way better You can log in and check your balances but you cant see any pending transactions set up through bill pay You can only see 5 transactions at a time and You cant transfer any money between your accounts or pay anyone from them If you have any problems you cant even report any problems through the app It could really use help melanie Primitive

I am able to log in to my online banking on my computer without issue but when I attempt to log in on my phone I get an error message System error2Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation I called tfcu and they could not help me although they did try Hope this issue is resolved quickly Horrible

TFCU and electronic banking have never meshed well This app and the tag a long TFCU Mobile Deposit app are 2 more examples of that failure Why cant there be 1 app For those still confused by the need for 2 apps heres a few pointers The TFCU Mobile Deposit is written by another developer Search TFCU to find it Brilliant on Teachers part that the 2 apps cant be found by a single search or by clicking the developers name Once you have both apps the Mobile deposit app is accessed from the main app If you try to do the logical thing by signing into the mobile app to deposit a check you cant This app is like a bad flashback to the early days of Internet banking Unacceptable

And still embarrassingly needs another update already Stay clear away from this app if you expect anything close to an actual relevant banking app that looks nice supports the bigger screens and new features such as Touch ID oh well itll probably be another 3 years before we see an update Finally updated

I have just tried this app The screen is not very responsive when you touch it I tried using a stylus and my finger and it is frustrating to use Too bad because the ability to find other credit unions and fee free atms would be useful when traveling screen not responsive

This app caused my login to be disabled and made me have to call the credit union i put in correct information and it keeps saying that its incorrect when it isnt They need to upgrade
