I wonder if you guys actually read the reviews for this app It s extremely frustrating when you re trying to log in info and it shuts down on its own sometimes more than once on a single account Crashes at least a dozen times a day Constantly having to force close and reopen         Constantly crashes MonkeyFeet247

This app has the potential to be great but as it sits It s extremely frustrating to use Being the service manager I see the issues daily with crashes along with hearing about them from my techs This costs us money and time It happens multiple times throughout my day I ve had to delete and reinstall log in and out still nothing My route randomly disappears at any given time no warning So here s a situation where on a route I now have no idea what my next customers address phone number or location are not to mention being almost done with an account just for the app to crash now you ve lost all the info you entered along with the important signature that you can t go back and get because the customer has to leave during the service I can go on and on but someone really needs to do some updates if it worked flawlessly or even 90 of the time it would be a great tool     Crashes Multiple times a Day Wingman42

Many features are great and have the potential of making the app awesome But Gotta work on making it fluid Like many people I hate having so many steps to enter then SAVE confirm reload data refresh save enter product save etc I need it to auto save and not close down and prompt for login when I click on another app I need in the field I need a visual timeline like the office portal on my mobile to track my progress It would also be great to have it calculate drive time between stops The other features are great and it works well I just want it and me more efficient         I see potential But this needs work JonB77

I have emailed Tech Routes before to tell them about the glitches on this app Nothing has changed The app still crashes every day which wastes a lot of technician time filling everything back out and trying to keep track of things Not one update has been released to fix any of the problems that all our techs are complaining about having on a daily basis     0 Happy Techs Nandor24

Crashes all the time It wastes a lot of time when I have to constantly reopen the app and put everything in all over again The only other option is to save after every change but then I still need to reopen it again Every update seems to fix one thing and then break another     Could be a lot better AngryTech
