This app loads on my 12 9 in a tiny box hitting the old for iPhone only app 2x magnify button in the corner only zooms it to maybe half or 2 3rd of the screen Sounds are pretty legit and it definitely had promise but it does seem like the dev likely gave up on this app a long time ago             iPad 12 9 Pro screen size issues BK Holiday

Synth has a decent sound and great presets It s packed with lots of parameters to play with if you want to get into the thick of it There are a few things that I would love to see A traditional keyboard would be spectacular I somewhat dislike working with pads and think a keyboard would work better Even as an addition Secondly the settings don t save when the app is closed It resets to default when the app is reopened which is frustrating This means if you accidentally close the app and were working with the arppegiator your work resets when you reopen the app This is a decent synth and well worth the price but it still needs tweaking It s been months since its last update I hope the developer continues with it                 Great but flawed calaviccial

Very versatile sound You get lots of great sounding fx and lovely step sequence style arpeggiator If that s not enough the playing surface is very nice as well above and beyond the standard virtual keyboard It s a good one to have in your arsenal for sure and most importantly the GUI is intuitive and it s FUN to program                     Great workhorse synth Leom187

Seriously At first you re like another synth until you start digging only to be rewarded by this IOS gem I want to thank the developer for allowing us to test drive the synth before buying the IAP for the Pro version which unlocks even more golden nuggets Was playing this synth being driven via midi by KRFT and was completely floored It s a definite instabuy at this price and the developer has mentioned that the AU treatment is in the works so this means you will be able to have many instances of this synth running in AUM AudioBus or Cubasis or any DAW that hosts AUs In summary I am sooooo glad I purchased the pro IAP it is totally a no brainer I highly recommend this Synth app MM4C                     This Synth Has So Much Horsepower Under The Hood Musikman4Christ

Love the app and the price HATE that it runs my battery down by running in the background Also don t like that it is operating in the background I could show the screenshot of what my iPhone reported as it using 65 of the battery over period of time that I wasn t using it at all I now have removed it from my phone         TF8 whyshouldi?

A very good sounding synth for iPhone with TF7 s innovative keys pads I was only frustrated by the knob action before this update but now they work the way I would expect I hope to see an iPad UI in the future along with patch editing access in landscape mode I don t use my phone for making music and I use the iPad in landscape mode I suspect I m not alone in that                     Big synth for the small screen ZenLizard

Being able to innovate on an analog synth is impressive Let s add a recorder automation and landscape portrait mode and it is a rare 5 star I would enjoy seeing more apps from you then every 4 years LOL cuz they really good quality                 Great Product RUST(i)K

The developer of TF7 arguably the finest FM synth for iPad releases TF8 for iPhone Unlike TF7 this is a subtractive synth It uses the same pad style UI for the playing area as TF7 tilt your phone to landscape to which you can assign whammy and vibrato modulations It s a fun take on using a touchscreen interface to bust out new melodies and chords You can download the app for free and try out a few sounds and whatnot if you like it you simply buy and unlock the whole thing via one IAP purchase Same model used in TF7 and many other great synths like Alchemy etc Not sure why some people think being able to demo an app before purchase is a bad thing Bottom line it sounds good have a reverb that while kinda barebones with only 2 knobs can be cranked up to one big lush verb The other effects are up there as well Not that many iPhone dedicated synths being released these days that pad UI works a lot better then any virtual keyboard on a small iPhone screen though so you can do chords on this thing                     Another great synth from Tenacious Frog ChrisE1G
