The app is absolutely horrible It is difficult to navigate understand and use It has a cheap look feel to it as though it was programmed by a classroom of sporadic second graders Citizens Bank of Philadelphia made an illfated decision to sign a bindingcontract with whoever programmed this app The previous Citizens Bank app was given a 5star review from myself it was beautiful This app will receive a 1star review only because Apple Store wont allow me to rate it any lower It also has me considering changing to a different bank Citizens Bank App is Pathetic
