TNEF's Enough allows Macs to read and extract files from Microsoft TNEF files. The files are usually received via email from Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook users. Standard e-mail programs will receive the TNEF file ...
I tried several text editors and none were able to open a dat file but TNEF s enough It opened the dat file in seconds less than that actually with no jun code included That is the essence of a good make that great app I highly recommend this app It works                     It works plain and simple C4ISR guy
You may not need this very often but if you communicate with people who use Windows and most of us do sooner or later someone will send you a winmail dat file When that happens this little app will save you from crawling all over the web looking for a way to open the file It just works simple and fast with no fuss It s great Highly recommended                     Great Little Utility j%nml
Had problems with received winmail dat files and was a bit frustrated until I found this app Simple to use and does exactly what it says a pleasant surprise                     Thanks for a great app ctmorrison
Perfect app No in app purchases Just works Many thanks                     Exactly what is needed incompatible.dat
I thought attaching files to email was a solved problem in the year 2017 but apparently for some Windows users it is not This little app let me extract attachments from a winmail dat file in seconds Thanks                     Does what it says on the tin Quadralateral
I received a bunch of files in this format for a rush project and had NO idea what to do with them So glad I found this app Works like a charm Huge thanks                     Lifesaver artieshaw
TNEF enabled me to save winmail dat files on my MacBook Air and open them as sent Solved my pain of receiving documents that I could not open and read I am using Sierra and received MS Word and PDF files that I needed So far a solution to deal with this pain I am using Office 365 because the current business world uses Office I found the program when searching the Apple site for a resolution to the problem This should be a standard included program on all Macs                     Solved My Pain f1 Schumi
This was the first app for this application that said it was free and actually was free I used it to open a pdf file sent from a windows PC and it worked perfectly And no hidden charges Thank you                     Wow Thank you Light-Tradet
Does exactly what it says Note to add double click support 1 find a winMail dat file in the Finder 2 Get Info Cmd I 3 In Open With select TNEF s Enough or Other Applications Utilities TNEF s Enough 4 Hit Change All Now any DAT file you double click even in Mail should launch the program to save your files                     Great App potter 529
First off all my thanks to the developer for making a free app that does more than the 2 10 apps on here I encourage everyone to donate to the developer click on the support link to see how Unlike most winmail dat viewers this one opened every single one in my mail Wonderful A huge plus is also that it renders any HTML messages in the window as opposed to other apps that treat HTML as an attachment which you must open in a browser I knocked off one star for a simple reason in the list of attachments you cannot use Quicklook and the double click action opens a save dialog where I would except the app to just open the attachment So to view an attached image for example you must drag it to your desktop then open it from there                 Works great Would be perfect if you could open or Quicklook attachments without saving them cthulhu5
Big thanks to Josh Jacob who has done us all a favor by sharing a simple winmail dat converter and isn t looking to monetize it like 99 of the others                     The Only Winmail dat Converter You Need BruceDC
for some reason when emailing myself PDF s from work to home they would arrive as winmail dat this app allows me to open the attachments quick and clean                     Stunningly effective fastandfirm
Does exactly what it needs to do extract files from winmail dat attachments                     great RagtimeTime
After trying other free apps that claimed they would extract an attachment to a a win dat file but wanted you to pay for an upgrade to actually access those attachments I went looking for TNEF s Enough which had worked well for me previously but stopped working in El Capitan This new version again does what I need it to do namely extract attachments to win dat files The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is that you have to save the attachment first and cannot just double click to open it directly from this app That s a minor annoyance though since it otherwise does what I want does it well and really is free                 Works well as advertised Paul L. Krueger
This software satisfies all my needs for opening the email sending through my university s mail system in mac mail Just drag winmail dat from mail app to this app then you can see the words and attachements and of cource you can download those attachements All these functions are free while you may need to pay 15 for using winmail dat viewer                     Life Saver Mint-joy
I ve been using this for a decade I think Not often mind you but when you need it it s there Thank you Josh                     Lifesaver for winmail dat files telabor
