They need to update the interface for iPhone 5 Its annoying to have to give my device clearance every time I log in other financial apps have figured this out The interface is a little too simplistic and you have to fish for things Just look at the apps for some of the bigger banks put the most common tasks on the main screen Needs work

I love the feature for mobile deposits It also has the bill pay service which other credit unions apps dont Great App
The app used to be convenient and worked great Now it does not allow me to log in It just says continue after you enter your password I had contacted trumark about this issue and they said no one is having this issue and its working fine A month later I still cannot access my account through the app Not happy with the app and the company poor customer service Upset

I like the app Downloaded it today because I needed to make a quick deposit I have an iPhone 5 took my pics of checks front and back Keep in mind once you take front and accept it goes right to back view so flip check over I logged out and logged back in and did not have to go through security again Then again I didnt ask for a code I used my security questions I saved my user name and I like that it X out some of my characters so they are not visible The locations for deposit worked fine as well not sure about the other user having issues So far so good I can see all accounts quickly Thanks Works just fine
Anytime I click on the recent transactions link it thinks for about a minute before saying there arent any results and though it often works on the second try it very rarely works on the first try and thats frustrating I wasnt able to access my account at all from my phone prior to downloading the app so it is better than nothing Limited usefulness
Forget trying to deposit checks with this app The app refuses accept any picture regardless of clarity Just terrible
New app is horrible for me using check deposit Tried check deposit three times and not successful Used another financial institutions app to deposit my check and no problem This is the only credit union that charges a 1 every time I use debit on a pos they should be able to afford good technology Needs work
Ive noticed that mobile check deposit has server connection problems on rare occasions Overall the app is a great convenience especially check deposit I wouldnt be without it I hope they add the Future View feature soon Works well I love it
The app isnt letting me sign in Crashing
The 20 update was a big improvement Adding the ability to add a payee in the mobile app is huge and just about finishes off what the app needs for the iPhone The addition of the iPad change is a bit silly All you did was expand the screen to fit in iPads resolution but you didnt take advantage of the expanded real estate to create an interface that works for the iPad If I see ipad support i kind of expect an iPad optimized interface and this misled me Still havent added an option to take a picture with the volume button Use the volume button to take a picture its a lot easier than tapping the picture icon on the screen and makes the check image clearer Yay for mobile deposit

The app needs an option where you can see what you type in as your password I bet a lot of these log in problems would be solved Worked yesterday but not today

Tried doing a mobile deposit on my iphone 5 It did not work after several attempts The check I was trying to deposit is larger then a average personal check I noticed it was difficult to get the check into the picture frame It also did not focus very well I will try again next week when I get paid Mobile deposit not working

Very nice App Concise neatly organized and performs nearly everything I would normally use my laptop or the full website on my iPhone to do Seems very easy to use Againwell done One suggestion in the transfer function where you list the available transfer to account options you show only account number If one has lots of possible recipients as I do with several children and grandchildren each with individual Trumark accounts its tough to remember which account number belongs to whom Could you also show the associated account name with each account number Well Done But A Suggestion

Nice app good functionality and suits my banking needs well Only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the fact that it always takes 2 login attempts to get in The first time always results in invalid login even when Im absolutely certain Ive entered the correct characters Login always takes 2 tries
The new mobile app is by far the best update that the TMCU have successfully ole mentors in a while I no longer snail mail checks for deposit this app does it all immediately with a click of my iPhone DE
