Trusted has saved my butt so many times It used to be a nightmare to find backup care and now it s not a worry Every sitter I ve booked through the app has been punctual and reliable They do a lot of the work for you the vetting scheduling etc                     A lifesaver misskei

I ve been asked for emergency contacts many times for preschools childcare etc This is fine No one has ever needed to proactively let my contacts know this Except for Trusted They do NOT warn you clearly that this will happen This is in tiny gray text intentionally hard to see They have no need to let my contacts know This is a blatant attempt at viral crap that ironically given the name of the app destroys a new user s trust Developers Do not EVER notify someone s contacts unless you are very sure that they have agreed to this And do not trick them into this like you are right now Not cool Very untrustworthy behavior EDIT They responded to imply that they do clearly ask for permission No not really Their first step doesn t say anything about notifying your contacts I don t know what they re talking about when they say they ask if its permissible to access your contacts You mean they don t jump into my head to steal the information Um okay Their second step has a note that they will SMS your contacts in tiny gray font at the bottom of the screen They never prompt you clearly And all of this is in the setup process of the app Again 1 You really don t need to collect this info Seriously I have NEVER had anyone else confirm my emergency contacts 2 You really don t need to do this upfront Can t it at least wait until I actually have set up an appointment Why when I m just browsing the app to see if I want to use it do you need to go contact a whole bunch of people 3 NOTIFY CLEARLY AND UNAMBIGUOUSLY I should have actually agreed to do this     Texts your contacts without clear notification GayleLMcDowell

1 There is a 25 of service charge for this service on top of the providers rate that they don t make it clear when you are booking I only found out when I received the bill 2 I liked the sitter overall but I found out after that the sitter let my son play video games before bed which is a no no for a 9 year old Normally professional sitters should know to ask before letting a kid play video games             Disappointed for two reasons Shopaholicpartyanimal

A little hesitant to use another baby sitting app after having a bad experience with care com but we needed to find a last minute baby sitter Customer service was great and the app was easy to use Our little one had a great time and we felt so at ease being able to check on them with the live video feed while we were out We will definitely be using trusted again                     Great service EmilyJen11

For all of my ladies and gentlemen who want to take up being a care provider do not I repeat DO NOT apply to Trusted This agency is completely unprofessional and highly discriminatory based on race I ended up going through the application process and was told I d receive an interview via FaceTime since I am an iOS user I did not receive a FaceTime call instead I received a phone call in which the lady who interviewed me Natalie Hendricks seemed to be irritated and acted as if she didn t want to be giving me an interview In addition to that as soon as she found out my name Marjani I could tell she wasn t going to give me the job I am an African American woman with a very Middle eastern North African name and look After the interview in which I was a completely honest individual and explained my eligibility to work in the U S gave them access to do a criminal and vehicle background check explained my extensive experience with children early child development coursework along with my college experience and my major Sonoma State Psychology I was told I would receive knowledge of if they would give me a place in their agency in 24 hours It only took them 5 HOURS to send me an email saying Hi Marjani Thank you for your interest in Trusted I enjoyed our conversation however after circling with the team we ve decided not to move forward with your candidacy We wish you the best of luck Kind regards Team Trusted After receiving this email I was highly confused and decided to contact the agency to inquire about where I went wrong in my interview and what were their requirements for hiring applicants Each time I called the establishment they either did not answer or someone would answer and tell me that they do not have access to that info and to leave my name and number and they would have someone return my call shortly NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS In fact they returned my calls by sending me an email that basically stated the same thing as the previous email with NO REASONS as to why they weren t moving forward with my candidacy I was given the complete run around for 72 HOURS 3 days This establishment disallowed me to accept my job offer from a family because the family wanted me to be a nanny through Trusted before they would completely give me the job I m guessing for reasons being that they have dealt with them before and felt good about Trusted However as I stated earlier in this post if you are thinking about applying for a caregiver position or looking for a caregiver with Trusted DO NOT Go to Care com instead or another site of similar substance If you re a family DO NOT use Trusted because chances are they are not treating your nannies fairly either     This Establishment is Unprofessional Marjaniix3

We ve been using trusted sporadically for a couple months now It s without a doubt the most reliable service around with an extremely high quality and experienced staff available to book instantly even 2 hours in advance I ve tried the other popular urban care app and we had 2 last minute cancels out of 3 bookings When that happened it was Trusted that saved the day and was able to provide us coverage so we could do what we needed to do From now on its only Trusted                     Reliable high quality child care beautiful app skierajs
