It s ironic that the company that provides UX service fails to build their app to meet basic user friendly requirements I started my assigned test followed steps recorded video and then I assumed I will be redirected to actual website testing But you can t get there After clicking Done it means Done testing and uploading half assed video you never know how to get to the website that they assigned to you Use UNfriendly llinap

I get a generic error after taking tests along the lines of Video could not be created The test then exits and I don t get paid having wasted my time However the videos show up in my camera roll so they re clearly working Videos fail to upload mwreuter

I recently signed up to be a tester I was able to log in to see two test that were available for my device but if I tried to work on them the app would crash or simply not respond Very disappointing Terrible app JayJay44

I have used several different apps for similar companies and this is by far the worst The sites either don t load at all or are jumpy and glitchy Upon completing a test for the FOURTH time and not being able to submit I emailed filled out an online form and even called and left a voicemail for TryMyUI and have not heard back I attempted to delete and redownload etc and nothing has worked Very disappointed Terrible UserALM

The app loads tests decently to say the least but at the end when finished and you hid stop recording it just loads for an eternity without crediting your account that it was completed Fix please Doesn t load Jjmckenna18

I really want to use this app I think the idea is amazing and I ve had success on the desktop version But seriously this app version has a lot of issues Crashes takes forever to log only to say there s an error uploading the log anyways It is hard to navigate what you are testing because it freezes the browsing experience and adds tons of glitches to it So hopefully the app will be updated soon to fix all the bugs and run smoothly cause I wanna put it to a good use Always crashes or doesn t log my recording A2iel

I like TryMyUI but their app isnt up to par Issues range from the aesthetic to the fact that I cannot get tasks to work through the app I previously completed a task only to find that the done button doesnt work meaning my work counted for nothing and now my app wont even let me see available tasks it crashes The concept the app was good the execution was very poor Disappointing

I was looking forward to trying the app for iPhone after completing the test This app is very glitchy To complete the tasks it is vital to be able to read the tasks but sadly it was a true battle clicking on different pages trying to get the task window to come to the top in order to READ each necessary task the web address bar kept blocking most of the task Additionally on job ID 6118 I completed 10 tasks including research email subscription donation and social media sharing and the whole app crashed Im pretty sure I had just about finished the job I tried 2 more times All 3 times crashed after completing task 10 Very frustrating not to get any credit after completing that much of the job This app needs some bug fixes quickly Glitchy
