This app was much better before the update I could easily use it to demonstrate how an iPad could read a gas meter I work for a gas utility and it was impressive to show the apps meter reading capabilities Before the update it would allow me to use a picture of the meter dials I had stored in my camera roll Now the app forces me to use the camera and doesnt give me the option to select an image from my camera roll This app has the capability to be a lot more useful from a meter readers point of view than simply for a user who wants to track their gas usage Please consider an option within the app for a meter reader to use the application And please put back the option to use a picture from your camera roll Also add different number of gas meter dials and configurations as an option Gas meter specialist

All this does is take a picture of your meter will only work on the old spinning dial type useless for newer meters Only for dial type meters not digital

Used it just last week to estimate my bill and it worked I will use again Its FREE and works Very useful
