After purchacing the Verbatim Lightning USB drive reading the entire manual and downloading the app I have no idea how to use this or transfer files from my phone to the device The pictures are all saved as file name with no thumbnail when you click on music or video folders from either the phone storage or external storage tabs there is no data and no clear directions on how to access any files Attempts to contact support have not been answered and beyond the manual I can find no cites detailing how to use it Clicking buttons in an attempt to figure it out by random chance prompted a request for password but I have never set up a password for this device Unless you are a confident computer iPhone data retrieval expert I don t think this will help you     Not user friendly or at all intuitive sophiasong311
