App wont allow me to sign in It recognizes my username and password then it will just freeze without allowing me to pick which location or continue to app     Not even able to sign in

This is the worst app by far Crashes cannot open emails very disappointed with the quality from vin solutions app and crm tool youd think being owned by autotrader would have brought forward improvement but continues to go backwards time to switch     Switching crm

It no longer works after the latest update It starts and gets as far as the authenticating stage sometimes but quickly crashes out of the app and back to my home screen     Update crashed the app

This is a great start to what has the potential to be an industry leading app No need to have access to change templates and processes or settings on the app but if a manager could actually manage with it then it would really be worth using No reason why the app couldnt do manager functions Keep going VIN you are on the right path           Helpful but could be so much more

iphone5 crashes almost everytime and same with my iPad mini both running iOSTHIS APP SHOULD BE WORKING WE PAY ENOUGH TO USE THE SERVICES VIN MOBILE SUPPLIES     Please FIX

This app has potential however isnt the best The initial interface is pretty clean but not so much after Its pretty messy and not at all userfriendly Also for whatever reason now I have to constantly sign in A mobile app is a good idea however it needs cleaned up and improved Its faster for me to take pictures of the vehicles on my phone and manually upload them to VIN Solutions website rather than uploading from the app Also the VIN Solutions website I mean honestly Get with the modern day and optimize it for Safari web browsing        Needs Improvement

vinsolutions in general is a very disappointing service It is painfully slow and just had an update that makes it so you cant search customers that are not yours making it next to impossible to get them to the right person if they come in Call logs dont save from time to time and updates are not optional locking me out of the app while with a customer     VINSOLUTIONS

Great concept but needs improvement Not able to read full notes alerts and notifications dont work no way to separate my leads from rest of stores sms does not work etc you cant even reply to an email Hopefully some of these things get implemented or fixed in the near future        Needs work

I downloaded it and didnt work We use it at work and I contacted them They told me to turn phone off and back on will help also delete and reinstall The new iPhone updates are effecting it If it shows the loading data screen see if you can put your log in and pw in underneath it and hit enter When I did that mine started to work Its working now with no issues              It is Working

This app is good to check to see how many tasks you have but heaven forbid if you have to respond to an email Crashes every time Majority of business is through email If the developers can fix that bug this will be very useful when you are not in the office This is great to be able to add customers on the go or to send an template email        Could be way better

I cant scan VIN barcodes with this app on my iPhone with iOS 813 The camera wont show anything Every Time I try to cancel it its greyed out Thought this would be fixed with the new update but nothing PLEASE help     VinScan

121 UPDATE The update is amazing Everything works flawlessly Good job Ive been using this app for a little over a year and it was great at first I can view all my emails see set appointments and be able to use the app flawlessly After each update one thing after another stopped working When I click view appointments set I get this error argument cannot be null message Now its happening when I try and view inbound emails This is very frustrating as I use this app on the go to check in on whats going on at the dealership and most importantly my Lets fix this please Other than getting these error messages this app he always been my go to tool when Im away from my desktop andor away from the office FIX                 Needs a fix ASAP

How do you have your phone alert you when a lead comes in It doesnt alert me at all for anything           Ok

The good news is that sales and service personnel now have a powerful tool for completing tasks contacting customers by phoneemail accessing inventory etc But enterprise level users still get inaccurate information when switching between multiple rooftops ie activity information for one store often displays when accessing another stores dashboard Once enterprise issues are addressed this will be a robust mobile tool for tracking a multistore groups productivity           Enterprise User Issues

I love this app for the basic uses of VinSolutions but it desperately needs an update Please add The ability to read emails from customers and replys through the app Addition options concerning tasks and completing them regardless of the use of a Desktop Photoscan upload ability specifically to a clientcustomer for future reference Less crashing iPhone 5S Keep up the good work           Good but could be Great

It would be nice if I could open the app 99 of the time Rather than the 1 success rate I have now Got a lead with only an email and just want to stop the clock while you are out running around NOPE the app crashes before you can even open it all the way I dont know why I endure this pain Lol     CRASH CRAH CRAH

This app and the desktop version does not work for commercial at all Please make a commercial based application because we travel a lot and need to be mobile mall the time Our desktop version pulls customers after we sold them and right after we contacted them It needs commercial only settings     No good for Commercial

I like the idea of this app it would be great to be able to easily activate leads from home but it crashes about 95 of the time Either make the website work with chrome or fix the app please        Crashes a LOT

This app is terrible You cannot perform most of the functions needed in the car business The update says scan and decode VIN no you cant Most functions dont work Poor excuse for a mobile app Even sending a basic email doesnt work as the customer only gets the first 4 words of it Horrible app     Pathetic

Nothing transfers to actual vin solutions website Can not edit information once it has been entered Only useful feature is VIN decoder 110 would not recommend     Absolute Garbage

This app doesnt make you mobile You cant view SMS messages you get an alert to a dead URL No auto logging feature no access to email sent through VIN cant add trade this is the worst version of a mobile app Ive seen in this industry VinSolutions all together is an inferior software     Worthless

VinSolutions hit the mark with this update Very intuitive interface Provides Sales People and Managers with the information and tools to be successful Love the ability to Add trades via barcode scanner and then send to vAuto                 Excellent Update

I also had the loading spinning circle but tried to enter my user name and password anyway It worked                 I got it to work

Its refreshing a to see that Im not the only person who feels this CRM is absolute GARBAGE Since there is literally not one positive review Ive read about Vins Ill try the old compliment sandwich You know to keep the developers from getting to butt hurt So here we go The mobile app is usually a little faster than the desktop version boy Im struggling to think of a positive Overall the entire CRM needs to be junked burned to ashes and launched into sun It constantly crashes freezes or is overall painfully slow The call log seems to only save the ones it wants to when it actually works and the new call log update doesnt include a phone number half the time Which means you either have to close the window and reopen it or switch to the old style call log and hope that works Good luck trying to search a customer by name phone number or email because its horrible at doing that as well Say your searching for a John Smith and you type every letter but the h in the last name Well youll get every customer in the CRM but John Smith New leads that come in dont show under the leads section for a good 510 minutes but will show right away under the task section making it difficult to answer then in a timely manor Especially if you dealerships brand ie Ford Toyota Nissan requires them to be answered with a few minutes The random maintenance they schedule couldnt be at a worse time and they never give you a heads up when they are shutting down their servers Seriously though I went into work today which is a Sunday My dealership is only open from 125 on Sundays and they had scheduled maintenance from 11pm last night until 4pm Not a single email or phone to let us know which is nearly crippling to any dealership Weve had constant service tickets open with them for all the issues the CRM gives us and every time they tell us they looked into it and found nothing wrong All I can say is that I cannot wait for my dealerships contract to be up with Vins so we can switch to a CRM that actually WORKS I guess should end this one a positive to finish the compliment sandwich properly but in all honesty I cant think of anything positive to say about Vins     Worlds worst CRM

This app is absolute garbage If I have to be tethered to my desk via my phone at least let me easily respond to a customer email Or look up a unit in inventory Or add a customer on the lot Or do any other basic task that an Internet manager might need to do in the course of their day Totally useless     Garbage
