I am a dialysis patient who had gained some weight The staff thought it was all fluid so I was told to restrict my fluid intake I was cramping before and after treatments weak lightheaded lethargic etc Using this app I was able to show a great correlation between hydration and elimination This caused the nurses to tell me to stop the stringent fluid restriction and resume my normal consumption Without the app I would have had a very hard time proving a balance between in and output I really appreciate the app Especially since it is difficult to find an app to help reason the balance as most of the fluid apps tend to encourage fluid consumption great for a well person but not for one who needs to be diligent about what s going in and out of their body                     Thank you Rncage123
