This application is no longer being updated and is therefore abandoned by the developers The last update was JUNE 12 2012 Very unhappy after purchasing an expensive third party dongle only to have the app never updated again     ABANDONED

Dont believe all the bad reviews just need some patience on figuring out the app and all of its good and bad traits one thing it kept doing to me is crashing on me when I would want to delete a room or device Wasnt a prob to get around just delete the app go into your cloud settings and delete the app data and start over Teach in worked well but you would have to go into the remote edit remote tap a button and the tap teach in which worked great after that heck I even have an electric fireplace programmed into my remotes Works very well teachin is an awesome feature the only drawback thus far is unable to delete a room or device if you mess up on the install of a remote which is easily rectified by deleting the app and data stored in the cloud and start over Did this 5 times and still had 2 rooms and 8 total devices created in 30 min All in all great device and pretty decent app again software could use some tweeks but not bad at all                 Love it Would recommend to anyone

I just set up both my JBL sound bar and my 3 year old 40 Samsung Both are working flawless App opens up but takes about 10 seconds to open black screen So give it a little time to launch and stop crying like little girls Sound bar needed Self Teach which finished with in minutes Amazing product                 Works amazingyou guys are weird

This remote works flawlessly on everything it was programmed for 3 rooms and 8 electronics took me 20 mins to program The response time is faster than my original remotes A must have Not sure why people are complainingWORKS ON IOS6                 Works great on all electronics

Stay away from this useless piece of hardware The manufacturer website nolonger seems to exist and the app doesnt work on my ipad3 nor my iphone4s It just doesnt load Makers of this app if you are reading then please get your product together or prepare to face more annoyed customers     Doesnt work

I cant believe people are creating apps to still your money this app with the voomote zapper hardware will not work no matter what you do it just made me throw my 20 dollars to the trash canbecause I dont know if I can return the piece of crap since i bought it online i should have known before buying it i tried it on my ipod touch 4th gen and my Iphone 4s it just wont load or open dammmnnn Ostars     this app is meant to still your money please do not buy the voomote zapper hardware

Needs an update to solve some minor issues To wit needs setting on every page to dim display when not in use Otherwise battery does not last long Each time I restart I get notice that zapper is not attached but it is I have to repeatedly tap the msg to use the remote or un and reattach unit The iPod does not always respond to my taps and I have to make multiple taps I had to use closest approximations for my choice of remotes even my Samsung 3Dtv or go through the teaching process for every command I have grown to HATE the Gesture Modewhen I accidentally get on that page I have to tap a special button to get back to the remote instead of simply swiping out of it No update since Jan 12I have stopped using this piece of crapnothing but continual frustration     Great idea but

Not sure if the app has been abandoned but the Guide feature no longer functions An update to fix this feature would be much appreciated     Guide Feature Broken

I would give this zero stars if I could It wont work with iPhone at all It just keeps on crashing and reinstalling it doesnt help On the iPad it worked after trying it for nearly an hour and reinstalling it twice but guess what none of my devices are listed and trying to get the app to control any of them by recognizing them doesnt work In one instance it was able to control the volume on my Samsung TV but the options for the rest of the buttons were off by a mile Ie none of the buttons matched the actual ones required to control the TV Im returning the boomote not misspelled it should be called that because thats the reaction it will trigger The people at the company must have totally given up on supporting the hardware they are selling and felt confident that there will be enough suckers for them to stay in business for a while longer Dont make the same mistake I did by trying to get it to work Its a waste of time     Worst App Ever

Dont listen to the negative reviews Those people are morons Had all my stuff tv cable Xbox roku and more setup in a matter of minutes with ease This does work with iOS version 6 Very handy and simple to use Took a mountain of remotes and condensed it into my phone Couldnt be happier                 Zapping awesome

The program down loads from the store and appears on the desktop with no apparent problem However as soon as you tap on the icon the program opens upsideoldown and immediately bombs out ie crashes     Upside down

Doesnt work with ANY of the late model equipment I have Sony TV DenonBluRay Sony Receiver you name it it doesnt work at all     Really Bad

Best universal remote Ive ever used Works flawless on my ipad 3 and controls a year old lg tv and Philips surround sound system and Philips blu ray player One touch works perfectly Only reason for 4 stars is the app once in a blue moon will not work with the adaptor A quick app quit will fix that              Works just fine

Useless     Failure to Load on iPhone 6 Plus

I think the concept is a great idea but for some reason I cant get the app to open on my iPad mini I also use this on my iPhone 4S and it works well but I mainly bought it to use on the iPad mini           Like it or leave it

Some of the reviews said it was ok and others said it was very bad so I thought Id take my chances I didnt win the worksforme lottery with my 3GS The developers website is gone so I hope no one else buys one of these devices hoping it will work for them     Unsupported garbage

Love the product Setup took a few tries to get it truly customized I have iOS 601 and it works flawlessly I did not try it with iOS 600                 Great Product

I must be doing something really wrong Im usually able to figure out how to push buttons but for days Ive tried to get my voomote to work and be as wonderful as they make it sound I can get it to change channels but no volume controland just how do you get the guide to work Yep totally frustrated     Frustrated

Could not get the app to start up on any of my devices for weeks then one day it just decided to work Since then I have set up the room and it works okay Some buttons lose their positioning from time to time and I had to customprogram most of my devices My Roku has a Bluetooth remote instead of IR so this wont control it And you cant delete old room setups which is annoying So it has plenty of bugs to work out before I can actually use it exclusively           Not the greatest but getting there

Now I just need a new IR for my iPad mini              Complete control

Everything Im teaching in doesnt save the software is crapif they can fix the bugs I would give it 5 starsuntil then Im sticking with 2ps you cant delete a remote you have made with out the program crashing        Great Ideawith bad software
