App is a great concept but lacks some necessary functionality When visitor calls app alerts you You can swipe alert to open phone but still must enter phone passcode and then open app Many times the app is so delayed that I miss call completely There is no way to open gate if you miss call We have resorted to leaving a gate remote near front door for now which makes our old analog tele entry system more appealing App also causes my iPhone 6 iOS 9 3 2 to shut completely down daily if I leave app running in background which is necessary to receive alerts from Cellgate The only way to turn phone back on is to do a hard reset for twenty seconds App also needs simple gate opening functionality such as Open Hold Open Hold Open until time out and Open Indefinitely At this time you cannot open gate without someone initiating a call from Cellgate system to app entering a code on physical keypad or logging in to their website I am excited about Cellgate possibilities but really need to see better app functionality to continue on with it On a side note Cellgate customer service has been outstanding to deal with during their initial launch of this product They have a home run product but app is holding them back Looking forward to update         Room for improvement V1 1 Liz5650
