Very precise and informative guide You dont have to read page after page of descriptions to get what you need to know Its right there for you Poses lighting angles lenses web sources etc I would definitely recommend this app even if youre not a wedding photographerYou can apply this knowledge to everyday photography Its rather expensive but you pay for somebodys life experience in photo world Greatly appreciate it              Great source of information

Ive learned my lesson from before never to buy something new when it just comes out but to wait for the update Again I was right Photography has become a hobby of mine and I try to understand how professionals think and work This app seems to provide just that Its hard to find the time to go to one of those professional courses mentioned in the app Its much easier to get the most important points and to apply them on the go My iPad pretty much never leaves my side so its great to look up information on it quickly Actually some of the information in this app can come in handy not just for wedding photography but also for taking pictures of people in general The high quality pictures motivate me to try some new compositions on my next assignment Overall I find this app to be a wellrounded and practical insight into the world of wedding photography              Overall solid app

This is not a toolkit its at most what you get from a single issue of a magazine Basic info with advertisements in it Kind of makes me want to go out and make a app since it seems like it requires so little effort This is based on the 10 price tag But I would not even pay 199 for it If you own a sony pentax olympus samsung or other dslr things are even worse I wish I could get my money back but I cant What I can do is delete this pile and get my 79mb back What garbage     Dont waste your money on this pile

This app presents a very cursory look at wedding photography for the price I expected a lot more The concept is great but this app does not really deliver In fact it appears to be a first draft version There are errors throughoutmisspelled words words used incorrectly etcwhich does not give the appearance of a professional product Some of the sentences are so convoluted it seems as if they were written by someone for whom English was a second language I would guess there was no editor reviewing the text There may be no one else other than the author because going to the Developer Web Site or the App Support yields nothing but a single page leaving the impression it is under development The photography tips leave a lot to be desired Some are merely a suggestion with no explanation such as research wireless triggers and get one The posing guide section covers one or two poses for the bride the bridesmaids the groom and the groomsmen But what about family shots Does anyone really think the mother of the bride will be a satisfied customer if there are no family pictures The only place I found family shots mentioned was in the sample lists of shots I did take away something from the app though I will review in more detail the sample lists of shots and the sample contracts I am always interested in what other photographers consider are the essential shots to get And like the author I am a fan of the Gary Fong Lightsphere In the end though cannot recommend this app to anyone I have seen much better more detailed apps for a fraction of the price This app fails to deliver there is no meat        Simplified at best

This was obviously made by someone who knows photography I would have to defer to a professional photographer regarding how helpful it would be to them However for a start up wedding photographer I cant imagine it could hurt Although listed as an app for photographers I thought this was actually pretty informative for a bride to be Seeing the photography examples were great in helping plan and tell a wedding photographer what you wanted which is hard to do when all they give you is a picture book of previous weddings they did It is hard to communicate when you cant speak the language I think this will help Of course I would love more photo examples and I think a list of wedding photographs to have done who to include what style etc would be helpful Ideally this could be done in an app update before late September please              Not only for photographers

Please dont waste your time or money on this app Really Walk away I want my 999 back     This is a 199 App at best

I find this wedding photo app very useful for people who would like to learn to take wedding photos and who have some digital photography experience I think it is targeted for amateurs and semi pros People who have a good knowledge of photography will not find it as helpful or useful as most anyone else The provided links about borrowing lenses are very useful since buying a high end lens may not be an option Photo editing tips are great I can use these tricks even on photos of friends and family                 Very useful wedding photo app

I found the app to be pretty cool I found everything pretty informative and will probably use the toolkit side more I liked the sample contract in it in fact the contract is pretty good legal size contract and will probably print use it for my own weddings the few that I do The lighting and pose guide sections are similar to David Ziser Monte Zucker fundamentals I was already familiar with them but at least the best practices were instructed It seems the app content is geared towards introductory lessons and tips in its sections Still pretty good Overall I liked the app and will use it I think if youre starting out its a great resource maybe seasoned pros may have this knowledge already and why they may not find it all that helpful           Informative and fun
