Bad app Doesnt work unless you keep in on the screen at all times Get a call You are offline and your website chat feature is offline Power saver mode same thing To run in background is basic The fact they have not fixed this since first reviews over a year ago says they dont care And to charge for it is a crime My own fault I should have checked reviews My bad Worst app ever
While I love the full version the iPad version is done very poorly it needs to have at lease the daily history on it With the new Os your software is crashing I cant use it at all Very poor done
This app does one thing very wellsend a chat request utilizing push notifications Seconds after a visitor initiates a chat you are connected This is the only app in the store I could find to do so Customizable chat window a big plus Doll up the interface and add some web metrics and it gets five stars easy Killer job Push Notifications
It signs you off as soon as soon as you switch to another app Useful if you want to stare at Whos On all day but not if you actually use your phone Ive missed several chat requests because of this Waste
Does not do push notification or work in the background Must be run in the foreground constantly Screen must also be on to work Frequently crashes when you do receive a chat request Overall a great way to loose customers Complete waste
