A waste of money I feel cheated Shortcut version of Wikipedia     Wiki nodes

Just downloaded I like the UI for iPad Really nice Add history and Ill give it 5 stars              So far

Nice tree like GUI to discover related information Not if sure it is relevant or useful with this approach More reviews later if I use more of it           Nice GUI

But not great Retina display sadly is not supported More colors besides brown or blue would be nice How about sepia Gray or black would both be more logical than a wretched shade of blue Reminds me of word processors in 1990 The app just doesnt seem all that responsive Sometimes I had to touch a node 1 2 3 4 times before it would open Other times nodes didnt load at all You cant resize the windows that open when you touch a node You cannot move the nodes themselves which is a pain because I like to arrange nodes in these types of apps The value of research done using this app is questionable It includes lots of topics that might not be useful I searched for copy editing and it brought up an entry for book which is a topic too huge and vague to be useful All that said I like the concept It could be a great app but I dont think Ill use it much for now           Good

in terms of text relatedness Its like Qwiki minus the voice and condensed lecture Your search ends here Please add highlight copy and define words in articles and a more full screen view Could have used better textcontent searching like Articles           Better than Articles and Discover

Dont buy this app Maybe for free ok But there are a ton of better Wikipedia apps out there including using safari and reading using Reader feature I honestly regret buying this app even though its only a        Dont buy

This may be the most remarkable app for the iPad for people wanting to do quick lookups factchecking or reviews of various issues The interface is very appealing and effectiveit keeps you looking Highly recommended                 Remarkable app

Great app Really brings out how things are connected One important bug which affects articles of scientific topics scientific notation does not display exponents Superscripts are not rendered at all This must be fixed                 Great app but needs bug fix

In a previous review I noted the lack of bookmarks and browsing history and the developers updated the app adding exactly those features Couldnt be happier thanks This really adds depth to the overal Wikinodes experience Highly recommended                 update

Like a lot of people I use Wikipedia all the time Its an amazing resource My favorite reading tool is my new iPad 3 Unfortunately Woikinodes isnt optimized for it yet as the little related nodes that spoke out from your selected topic are really tiny and hard to read Youll be a bit hard pressed but it can be done for most people The reason I do it while waiting for the retina upgrade is that this is a great tool for seeing related ideas Highly Buy it for what it does now and to help fund further development of this cool tool                 Add this wiki app to your tools

This was a unique app with plenty of potential given the 2 years since its last update it seems to be abandoned by the developer Apple should do its customers a favor and remove these stale apps so others dont purchase them by mistake        Abandoned by dev

I suggested linking multiple articles a few months ago I reinstalled the app today and found to my surprise that it was implemented Thank you so much                 Mind mapping made easy

If youre addicted to wiki surfing like I am you owe it to yourself to try this new visual concept I bought the app on a whim and Im certainly glad I did This is a good example of how the humancomputer interface is fundamentally changing for the better Same functionality FAR more intuitive and enjoyable experience                 The Evolution of Wiki Surfing

This is an AMAZING app Theres so many unique features included in this app if youre a regular on Wikipedia this is an easy way to take your curiosity to the next level and then share your conclusions with others Id like to see an option for more background color choices but even with the two available brown blue this is still a 5star app more choices would just make it that much sweeter The app is stable easy to navigate has a visually appealing interface Much appreciation to the developers truly remarkable app                 If you are a regular on Wikipedia

The interface is intriguing but the app has a poor search engine Wikipedia on the net or another app quickly and easily finds emma shapplin and carmine meo but this app cannot Also the searches it can find are slow        Poor search engine and slow app

Nice App but I could not use the Search Option at the top of the panel It appears to be disabled                 Problem With Search

i didnt enjoy this app best thing about wiki is the goofy and eccentric traces it leads this app had a feel of being way generic i started with hannah rilkea decent bio box but couldnt get past dry picture card descriptors about manhattan and painting good idea would like to see app develop maybe loosen up oh also satellites are teency even in large mode        blech

I strongly recommend this amazing app It shows the mind map which shows as following what you find You just click down load and install for free You can meet the new world ever                 What an amazing app ever

One topic branches into the most relevant facets You open one you find interesting and that topic branches outleading you to new discoveries and worlds as you explore the connections Its brilliant If it didnt need wifi it would be great                 Amazing amazing amazing

Seriously you search a topic it appears then the app populates the screen with endless related links my god Im turning into that guy in that Twilight Zone episode that could never find enough time to read everything he wanted too lol I just hope I dont break my glasses Unbelievably well thought out interface guys Kudos                 Freakin insane

I especially like the Mind Map appearance in the interface and the ability to switch to a traditional article view when youve found a topic worth reading more fully My only wish would be for a fuller and more frequent update of the current news topics              Great Research Tool
