The reason I am giving this app a 2 star rating is that it its Facebook connection doesnt work its multiplayer features leave more to be desired So For now dont download Wait for them to come up with fixes for multiplayer features        Dont download

Bought the extra characters and they wont load Watch out for the IAP     Took my money

Still waiting for the promising outcome of this new version Upgrade sounded great and yet it will now connect with random opponents Good concept work on your execution     High expectations

Great concept but Im sick of not being able to play against other people Regretting my purchase now        Multiplayer still broken

Its fun to play but its unclear how to use the powers I have tried taping once twice dragging etc but nothing works Its very frustrating and I hope this gets fixed soon        Bugs

You cant even find an opponent to play with The server always says its down     Terrible

Fun to play and worth a try but is a bit confusing at times There are better word games out there like Letterpress Boggle and Gadzookery but Ill definitely play Writer Rumble again              Good game

Love love love absolutely LOVE this game However the Fight With Words option needs a LOT OF WORK MANY MANY BUG FIXES REQUIRED This is a total let down since battling other players is the more exciting aspect of the game I can never find an opponent on the server and when I connect via Bluetooth theres all kinds problems PLEASE FIX THIS GAME        Fantastic but Disappointing

This game has the makings of a great idea But I cant compete with any of my friends as it never works Also the computers you face off against are too fast and a round rarely last a few seconds A progressive storylevel system would make it more entertaining Its not even worth the 99 I paid for it Deleting     Good idea bad game

I paid for this app months ago and since this update I have less characters and less functionality Restore Purchases isnt working Fix this        I paid before

The other characters should be unlockable without an inapp purchase Only two are available without paying If there was some other option for unlocking them if even onebyone than I would rate higher     Where are the characters

Graphics and sound are great Gameplay is fun if a bit uninspired the characters are fun though The biggest problem though is with the multiplayer control Im playing on iPhone 5 Tapping during the game activates whatever is above your finger rather than what your finger is touching This is obviously a bug because it even occurs with the skill buttons And this doesnt happen in single player mode I wont be playing multiplayer with this bug It would also be nice to have an asynchronous version of multiplayer Having my character get bombarded while trying to spell words is a bit distracting p        Major control bug

The online feature doesnt work doesnt track your progress on endless     I have been trying for two days

As it is all you can do is survival mode which is fun but multiplayer looks like its more fun Shame it doesnt work              Could be great if online worked

I love this game But its extremely frustrating that I paid for the extra character pack and it wont download Trying to do restore purchase or clicking on buy again only brings up a notice saying Ive already bought this and it still doesnt download So beware when buying IAP in this game it takes your money but you get nothing to show for it        Fun but a lot of trouble with IAP

I downloaded the app and so far the only thing I can do on it is watch the tutorialevery time I try and play a game it tells me Im not connected Sad because it looked like it might have been a fun game     FAIL

Worst touch sensitivity ever You touch letters and it never touches the one you want It might be good if you could actually play it Deleted       

This game is really fun I absolutely love it The game is word scramble with a twist You take on the abilities of an author and battle others in exciting matches It is clever and would be very addictive if the multiplayer actually worked Unfortunately I probably am only able to connect to a match once a month The rest of my attempts are failures The single player is too boring to warrant paying for this game Attention developers I would pay for new content for this game if it worked I think a lot of people would I still keep trying though I think there was an update a few months ago and multiplayer worked for a short while after but now it is just sporadic Please fix this game It is the only iPhone game I play I am giving three stars becauseeven though it is broken           Fun

I really love this game And I would continue to spend all kinds of time with it but I cant go beyond single player because Facebook integration that is I cant post my scores or find Facebook friends that play and the other multiplayer functions arent working for me Frustrating           Multiplayer and Facebook integration not working

Paid full price for this game at release That was not enough money for them They later decided to make this F2P and put characters behind a pay wall     F2P

Multiplayer doesnt connect or is unavailable and text overlaps other things in the app regularly Disappointed        Battle doesnt work

Great graphics fun gameplay Playing with a friend over bluetooth is best in my opinion                 Great game

Its surprising that the quick match feature is such a joke considering this app should be in adulthood as far as apps go If you dont feel like giving yet another app access to your Facebook andor Twitter account good luck finding a random opponent to challenge And when you do be prepared to have your challenge refused 99 of the time Oh and when you are stomping all over the opponents that actually stay be prepared to be walked out on without the match finishing This game severely needs a matchmaking area where you can see a list of people waiting for matches and you can either challenge someone directly or randomly challenge someone As it is quick match just challenges whomever it may find that is in the game menu Also quitters need to be penalized with a loss when they willingly choose to leave a match in progress Fix these issues and itll be a 5star app           If only you could find an opponent

Originally I gave this app a poor review but have since discovered that it was my touch that was the problem I was pressing too hard tho not any harder than I do in other apps and Ive have an iPhone since day 1 Any way use a very light touch and the app works well Just wish the word bank was as strong as the friends apps              Fun game for word lovers

Its kind of cold what they did to the people who supported them by buying this at full price add that to a barely functional multiplayer mode thats made basically no progress since this games release and you end up with something thats not worth the time spent downloading        Too bad

Loved the game especially when I made a couple of great scores then scores wont show up I installed again and did all the usual but nope no scores will show Following all this the app froze on my phone Had to be reinstalled Then hours later the app froze again on iPad Try playing with someoneso fun when it works but half the time the scores wont show up as of today everything went haywirecrashed buttons wont work when touched Truly needs to be updated Really such a great idea and fun to start but failing miserably now Love the game so PLEASE fix        Argh too buggy Crashes on both iPhone n iPad

Well u can get into matches now at least BUT 910 times youll be sending a game request to the same person over and over and have no control over it because it just goes to a random personfun game WHEN it works                 New update solves some problems

Bought this game at release to support one of my favorite companies Hadnt played for a while and loaded it up a few minutes ago only to find out Ive been completely screwed over I paid for this game once already when I very very rarely pay for apps Im not buying it again it simply isnt worth it I dont know if the developers are so disorganized they dont have a record of the customers that already paid for the app or are just genuinely this unscrupulous but either way they dont deserve business operating at such a shamefully low standard     Really

I bought this game but then they made an update mandatory to play against others online that wont work for my iPad 1 Should not release a game that will suddenly not work for early iPad users Other than that loved the game but cant play against non computer opponents now              Compatibility issue

Just about all the connectivity issues have been fixed with the recent patch This app is a mainstay on my iPad and is hands down the best money Ive ever spent in the store The character art is beautifully styled and the gameplay is thrilling Couldnt ask for more                 Fastpaced and exciting Dont miss out

This app is fun word game with a lot of potential But the best part of gameplay is the VS matches against people and I cant ever connect to any users I dont know if its the game server or just a lack of players but I wish I could play more people Great game though fun concept style           Could be better

This is a great game but unfortunately its impossible to connect with opponents for matches the overall operation of the the game is painfully slow there are numerous issues with bugs and the game crashes frequently These problems seem to never get fixed Too bad This was an awesome and fun game        Great but poorly functioning game
