This is a well designed app in that it s easy to use and navigate plus it looks nice enough on the eyes But the AI Good god almighty the AI is the absolute worst Others have noted it already but it can t be said too many times your partner is the absolute worst Picks up a 9 when it s sitting on a Queen King as if that s a hand worth trying It routinely gets us euchred 3 sometimes 4 hands per game It is ridiculously stupid and will play its hand in the most absurd order imaginable leads with a 10 of trump goes and plays a random queen then returns with the right bower two tricks later If it were a real person I d have strangled the AI partner both out of frustration and in order to keep its brand of stupidity out of the gene pool Since that s not realistic I ll just delete the app instead         You ll hate your AI partner schumachiavelli

I find this game entertaining and addicting However the computer players are inexperienced beginners especially my partner Too often calls trump with few or low cards The most aggravating thing it does is call trump and then lead with a 9 of trump Really If you re leading with trump on the first play you better have a bower sp The low cards are best used for trumping other players hence the purpose of trump cards             Partner is an aggravation Hasletthoney

I ve tried them all this one the latest and all are similar in two respects First the user interfaces are generally good This one is fine Second they all are bad in that the AI players don t know how to play well They don t know when to play a bower for example They don t know strategy It s like playing with people who are just this evening learning the game Which is okay if you re playing with real live people who are just this evening learning how to play the game But I want more in a computer game Please someone make a good euchre app UPDATE I m updating my review because after playing for a few weeks it s clear that playing this game is like playing euchre with idiots Just now one of my opponents was going alone and holding both bowers It led the right and took the first trick along with one of my two trump cards Then instead of leading the left bower it stupidly led a low trump card allowing me to take the trick with my queen This kind of thing happens all the time It s frustating No stars for this lame game Further update My partner just got us euchred four times in one game Yet another update one of the idiot AI players just now went alone when his side had 8 points Fortunately he took only 3 tricks and we won We almost always win oddly Usually by lopsided scores I guess I m supposed to buy the full version to get non idiot AI players Final update I have found a good free euchre app It s for the droid phone     Can t SOMEONE make a good euchre app Celadaehroom
