So I scheduled an appointment after I entered my credit card information You pick a time and theres no text to say see you Wednesday I planned my morning around this cleaning as I had guests coming No show I went to cancel an hour later we need 48 hours notification and now they have my cc information Hoping this was a business idea that flopped and I am not going to have credit card fraud This may be a scam

I scheduled a cleaning and also planned my day around this They never showed I tried again and they sent me an email saying I canceled which I never did This is a scam SCAM

I hate those cumbersome apps that just take too long to figure out This one was so easy that my 5 year old could it But if I did have questions I love the concierge service So easy to use
