It took over 30 attempts and speaking with a rep from Chase to get a new password established Even when following the cumbersome and excessive password requirements nothing I typed in would be accepted After being sent a half dozen codes to enter I had to be walked through the desktop version in order to establish a new password What s the point in having a mobile app if you have to go through the desktop eventually anyway That s an hour of my life I wish I could have back The rep I worked with was very pleasant and helpful as we were both at a loss to know why this was all happening New Password bug fix Cop man someockv

If you are a JPMorgan Private Bank client the app is a clean efficient way to stay on top of your investments and banking accounts The app is essentially identical to the Chase mobile app but does not have any ads or promos for other products making it a little cleaner Solid app AWall14

This app is so convenient to check balances pay bills confirm payment of something Quick Pay at any time and deposit checks It has made my life so much easier The only hiccup I face has to do with the inconsistent check deposits Often I will get a message that checks cannot be deposited after taking bright steady photos as directed several times Not sure why that happens Having said that I have had plenty of success with that feature it is just inconsistent So convenient Bryantfamily123

This app works wonderfully and yes Im running iOS 7 However if youre suggesting that users of the great Chase app upgrade to this app then you must include all of the functionality of the Chase app and then some While the Markets section certainly qualifies under then some PLEASE update this JPMM app to include the ability to locate nearby Chase ATMs Please How about Chase ATMs
Each account now has 3 tiny areas to click on The contract useless no one will ever use this Bill paying I never use my phone for this Accessing the account the only reason for the app The new colors are horrible in bright light red on brown Not a fan A big step backwards

In terms of functionality this app is slightly faster and more responsive than its predecessor and I like the cute touch of having it greet you based on time of day but Im not yet sure what to think about the new graphic design and color palette Im assuming the plan is to issue new cards with the same general look as the Private Client signs probably black which is fine since the current warm gold color doesnt weather all that well The blue line reinforces a link with the consumer bank which is good for brand continuity if thats the goal Interesting Rebranding
